I have a court hearing on Monday and I'm really nervous, I don't have a lawyer(pro-se), it's a divorce and it's an uncontested divorce and when I get nervous I can't hardly talk, I feel like butterflies in my tummy and thats now imagine when it's the day I get even worst.
What do you do when you get very nervous?

Pope Benedict (Joseph Ratzinger) is a highly educated man. He has studied science, history, political science, and all major religions. Scholarship has been his life.

Muslim leaders only learn to memorize the Koran at the madrassah schools.

no pope in history has made a deeper study of Islam. Having explored every verse of the Koran, and engaged in long debates he rejects the simplistic notion — held by fundamentalist Christians, and by the Roman Catholic Church until the middle of the 20th century — that Islam is evil. Yet he is convinced that some of its doctrines are morally indefensible. In Benedict's view, a profound ambiguity about violence lies at the heart of Islam, arising from the Prophet's belief that faith can be spread by the sword. Mohammed, after all, was a general whose troops beheaded hundreds of enemy captives. Benedict would emphasise that the Islamic understanding of God is radically different from that of Christians.

Isn't a person supposed to able to complain against unfair treatment when dealing with a government agency? If this is so, why can I not get the info about where to send my complaint to, and who would I talk to in order to find this out?

If you believe this wouldn't it be safer to leave the US? IF you belive this and you have kids be a good parent and get them out of the US because if you don't the terrorists might kill them.

I know alot of you are going say they do want to kill your family and I say you are correct, I don't disagree and I think we should take immediate action BUT If you really want to get fanatical about the possibilty of an attack please go somewhere you feel safe. Let the rational people figure out a way to deal with the nations problems and everything will be ok.

I read a couple of articles today about the existing and expected shortage of water around the globe. One specifically attributed shortages of water to the demand for irrigation to grow good and biofuels. Are there any unintended consequences to our global water supply from using ethanol to power our cars instead of gasoline, a resource that we get from beneath the ground and is used for no other purpose?

Here's the Reuters article I referenced above: http://news.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml;jsessionid=MTQQVUKE2ZQAKCRBAEKSFEY?type=reutersEdge&storyID=13512167

Neo-Nazis win seats in German election
Berlin -- The neo-Nazi National Democratic Party won seats in a second German regional parliament yesterday, confirming it is an emerging force in the economically depressed east of the country.

The party, which has a strong anti-immigration stand, took around 7 per cent of the votes in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It was a stunning improvement on its performance five years earlier, when it won less than 1 per cent, and it was all the more embarrassing for German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who is from the state.

The NPD made inroads by capitalizing on discontent in a region where about 18 per cent of the work force is out of work. Its candidates have also reached out to a new audience by ditching skinhead haircuts and steel-capped boots in favour of smart suits.
