A federal judge is impeached by the House of Representatives for accepting a bribe. The Senate convicts him and removes him from office. Is this constitutional? why or why not?

I should add that I am only 15. Even so, I have been seriously thinking about going into the military for a while now. I want to know a few things.

1) What branch do you guys favor? (I'm leaning towards the Army). I know Marines is the toughest, followed by the Army. I have no idea about the Navy and AF. But Marines get the most respect.

2) Is boot as hard as people make it out to be?

3) The last thing I want is to be wounded (I can't imagine having a leg blown off), KIA, or a POW. To anyone that has served, how often do you see casualties?

4) I have a high average in school (about a 96%) and was thinking about West Point for college an later, being a commissioned (spelling?) officer. Is that a reasonable mindset for someone my age?

It's a weird question but I thought I would ask anyway. Any help you guys can give would be great, thanks.

I travel through the airports at least once a month with my job, and now I can't even bring my travel bag with me on the plane due to hair gel and shampoo. When older ladies are having to surrender their knitting needles and young children are being searched for explosives, why is it that we don't go ahead and target the 18-30 year old Muslim males, which fit the terrorist profile? I'm not trying to be racist or fascist, but I really want to know why would this be so bad? When you hear of a bus explosion in a large city, you don't immediately think "old white lady" or "African-American businessman." Is there really any question as to what religion and race we're dealing with here is?

I got a DWI in December of 2005. It was a life changing mistake that taught me an important lesson. Now I am on probation for the next two years and let me tell you, it is not fun at all. There are strict guidelines that I must follow and I'm already working hard to get them out of the way (as soon as possible). What I was wondering...and really, this question only applies to those who have experienced a DWI in the state of Texas...Will I be able to leave the U.S. if I want to take a trip overseas? I'm talking about a week in Russia sometime next summer (my mother wants me to go with her). I think it would be fun because I have never seen that part of Europe before.

Any chance Mexico will actually create an economy for themselves and end their corruption? or will they always complain and ask the US to take in their illegal immigrants (see Vicente Fox pleading Bush to allow illegals amnesty).

Personally, I believe Bill Clinton was the greatest President of my time and Bush was the worst President of my time (Both of them)

So in order to alleviate comparisons between these too, tell me who do you think was the Greatest President of the United States of America BEFORE 1950 (this way no one says JFK - another Brilliant President)

BEFORE 1950 and WHY?

Notice how political parties are said to be LEFT if liberal or RIGHT if conservative.

Think for a minute, when is LEFT ever right? --- Case in point, somebody with wrong ideas is said to be out in LEFT field, never in right field. Also, somebody with a few screws loose is said to be LEFT of center, not right of center.

However, just the word for conservatism itself is RIGHT. Also note that somebody who can be trusted and relied upon is your RIGHT hand man, not your left hand man.

Is it all a coincidence?

Imagine that you came home tomorrow and found a stranger living in your home. Would you pay $148 to have him removed, or would you instead just legally adopt him and give him the run of the place to save the $148?

Is it kinda strange for Immigration to be under politics and government? Shouldnt it be under Society and Culture, seems to me that with all the illegal issues this subject is put right where all the politicans veiw it and not where it should be. If it was Illegal Immigration then I think it would be ok here but dont you think Legal Immigrants more of a Society and Culture issue, and if you dont why do you feel they are a politics and government issue.
