I don't care what side your on. I'm not here to make anyone angry. Just answer this for me. In the case of domestic spying, do the ends justify the means?

In translation, it reads

"28. No constable or any other baliff shall take any man's corn or other chattels unless he pays cash for them at once or can delay payment With the agreement of the seller."

So how did that all go wrong? How is it that they are so careless of seized property? Wasn't the whole tradition about protecting your personal property from the simple greed of the King or his servants ?

Tucson, AZ
August 13, 2006
CSII Press

In a shocking reversal, Tucson’s railroading of Mexican Flag Burner Roy Warden derailed on August 04, 2006, when a frustrated Judge Hays conceded defeat, smiled and told a packed and disbelieving court: “We never were going to incarcerate you Mr. Warden. From the very beginning, Mr. Merritt told me the state never intended to ask this court for jail time.”

On cue, Tucson City Prosecutor Alan Merritt jumped up, affirmed Hays’ bald faced lie and chimed in: “That’s right, Mr. Warden. The state has never asked for your incarceration.”

Neither Hays nor Merritt seemed to comprehend they had just admitted to engaging in ex parte communications on Warden’s case, conduct prohibited by the Rules of Professional Conduct, affirming Warden’s contentions the court and the prosecutor had worked in concert to “fix” the case.

Warden intends to file charges for judicial and prosecutorial misconduct.

“Everyone knows this is a political case; that I’m being prosecuted to ‘regain the trust’ of Isabel Garcia and the open border lobby,” Warden said. “Three consecutive attorneys refused to represent me, citing a ‘conflict of interest.’ So Hays and Merritt had to drop jail time or drop the case. I called their bluff and they both folded like a cheap suits.”

“Since Tucson wants a trial I’ll give them one. My star witness, Tucson Assistant Police Chief Kathleen Robinson, will reveal a TPD conspiracy with Pendejo Thugs to intimidate and assault me, and violate my right of political speech. I have her on tape.

“We’ll see how Tucson likes Robinson’s act on the stand,” Warden said. “And we’ll see how Hays and Merritt like being charged with violation of the rules of professional conduct.”

Immediately following the hearing, Warden and his supporters held a rally across the street from the court, in a roped off area, where Warden voiced support for the Mexican Revolution, excoriated Mexican illegals and condemned them as “cowards and traitors who have abandoned the dream of Zapata and Marcos, to feed like dogs on the table scraps of gringos.” When a half dozen rushed the barrier, Warden backed them down with a 900,000 volt stun device until TPD intervened.

Warden burned another Mexican Flag. “I’ve ordered dozens more,” he said. “We’re going to be very busy from here on out.

“Tucson officials are mistaken if they think their prosecution will stop my political speech and Mexican Flag Burnings,” said Warden. “In fact, I’m going to kick things up a notch.

“We’re going hold an evening in-your-face rally and Mexican Flag Burning in Armory Park on August 17, back where it all began. If Isabel and her Pendejo Thugs want to get it on, we’ll give them a ‘noche triste’ they’ll never forget.

“We’re locked, ****** and ready to rock. America is the stronghold, and here in Tucson Arizona we Americans will make our stand.”

SECOND POST

Tucson Arizona
August 13, 2006

Time: Thursday, 6:00 pm
Date: August 17, 2006
Place: Armory Park
Address: Tucson Arizona
Event: Smash-Mouth Politics, in your face Grijalva and Garcia, and Mexican Flag Burning

Please be advised at 6:00 pm this Thursday, August 17, 2006, Warden, the Notorious Mexican Flag Burner, will hold a rally in Armory Park, confront Pendejo Thugs and OBL activists Isabel Garcia and Congressman Raul Grijalva, and burn a Mexican Flag.

“The Tucson City Council, and City Courts, think they have intimidated me and stopped me from lawful exercise of my First Amendment rights. This rally will remind them otherwise,” said Warden.

Warden expects Tucson Police Department to maintain public order, as they did in front of the Municipal Courthouse on August 04. “If the police fail to protect our safety, we are prepared to take all lawful steps to protect ourselves,” Warden declared.

“And this means, ‘Boom, Boom, Boom!’”

Warden says to maintain public safety, he will create a small roped off area from which he and others will speak, commit symbolic acts protected by the First Amendment, and burn a Mexican Flag.

“By now, everyone in Tucson should know what my roped off areas mean,” said Warden. “It means: unless you represent the Tucson Police Department, or are expressly invited in, stay the freak out. I don’t give a damn who you are; the media, Mayor Walkup, whoever. If you enter my zone uninvited, I will consider it an attempt on my life and put you down.”

“The Pendejo Thugs got away with assaulting Tucson Police Officers on April 10. They try that crap with me; jump on my back, knock me down, kick me in the face like they did the police, and I’ll blow their freaking heads off,” Warden said.

“It’s about time Mexican Illegal Aliens learned respect for the American Rule of Law.

“America is the stronghold. Here in Tucson Arizona, we Americans will make our stand!”

Should we have a box on the 1040 EZ form (I know the long tax form filers would be too smart for that) that we can check off and pay some extra money in our taxes to pay for the war?
You know, just like you can donate to presidential campaigns if you want to.
Or should we just tell the government that we will pay our taxes later, since they don't really have to pay for the war right now anyway?

I was convicted of a felony over 3 years ago, did 4 months in boot camp and have lived my life straight as an arrow since. I did everything the courts asked me to do to a "T" and have been in absolutely no trouble since nor do I ever plan on being in trouble again. I am just wondering if this mistake at the age of 18 is going to haunt me forever??

I'd like to revisit an earlier question I asked. My question was how much would you be willing to pay to support the war? The answers I received were that people were willing to pay with their lives, their husbands lives, and their only son's lives, but not one said they would be willing to pay a dime more in taxes.
Bush didn't ask us to make any sacrifices for the war but rather told us to "go shopping".
I suppose it's fair to give up your childrens lives in the war and if they do survive, let them pay the bill when they return, maybe out of their V.A. benefits.
Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and cough up some money for freedom? I've included the link to my original question where you can see what people are willing to pay, plus another site where you can make a donation to spread democracy.

i believe in "one vote one person"... the electoral college was put in place in a time when populations in states were smaller and the fear was that they would not be fairly represented, times change and i believe it is time we elected our presidents strictly with a popular, majority vote.. if you disagree please tell me why. thank you in advance..
