I did a quick synopsis based on the new Yahoo ratings and was surprised to see are rude and arrogant my fellow Americans are.

They have low moral values. Usually grow up in a house of parents with low to zero education and love the Bible more than their dark skinned neighbor. These people also love and support Bush 100%. They support criminals.

People are more willing to spend their time rating rude questions to police the Yahoo! system. People pay more attention to the one making the ruckus. Another example: when yo uwatch a baseball game, what's more memorable? How someone blew it or a well executed routine play, like catching a fly ball? The guy blowing the game is like the person who made the insult, while the routine play is like the generally acceptable comments people make.
Of course, the lack of compliments does not say anything about how "nice" we may be, but it doesn't say that we're rude either. And, do not forget, stereotypes are how wars start and you are defenitley walking up a slippery slope when you make such a statment.
And not to mention, what did you define as an "insult"? That needs a defenition before we can make any real judgment.

Try travelling around, if someone sadly mistakes you for a yank your holiday is ruined!!!!!!! Most Aussies go out of their way to say "G'day" to everyone so that they instantly respond with "oh Aussie wonderful wonderful, so sorry, we thought you were american".. possible reasons for your rudeness can be found on my 360 page.......
