I was an heir to my BF's last will and testament. His family confirmed it to me. They said it will take 6 months to sort things out. However it's almost a year and I have'nt heard of its status. Is there a possibility his famiy will not give it to me? I am embarassed to ask them. How long will it take for the will to effect and give to each his due? I need help of lawyers please... I have not read the document anyway. My BF told me about this and when he died, his family told me I was on the last will. Please help.

Three week's a go, A Landscape company made up of all non English speaking Mexica's stole my mechanic's tool's while they were working on my neighber's yeard. I confronted the owner of the companie and told him of my displeasuere. Is there something wrong with me, I don't hate all Mexica's,Is there something wrong with me? I just hate his cure? My husband and I have been separated a year now. Everything we purchased within the union of our marriage including all my personal things are in storage. Right after we separated I Had nervous break down so he took care of moving for me. He was the provider and its real hard for me to get back on my feet but anyway he wants me to pay half of the storage fee before I can get my daughter and my things. He doesnt pay alimony and I really cant afford a lawyer trying to go through legal aid but they are giving me the run around. Please if anybody know where I can go to get legal help I am open to suggestions. I am really not worried about my things my child wants her things.

Why do people vote for there political party no matter what, I know people that would vote for one certain party no matter who was on the ballot. You could put a retarded drulling cat on the ballot and if it's a democrat some people are gonna vote for him simply because it's a dem.
Correct me If I'm wrong isn't the purpose of voting to by majority elect the best person for the job not elect them simply by their party. And yes I know party does play some roll but shouldn't play the only roll.
