Why do some radical Mexican activists say that the land was originally theirs and we should give it back?

It is a totally illogical argument and if they are using that kind of though then why doesn't Mexico give their land back to the MAYA, OLMEC, ZAPOTEC, MIXTEC, TOLTEC, and AZTEC tribes? Hell why don't we give the earth back to the cave men and dinosaurs? So please all of you people who hate the white man explain your selves

How Do We Get A True Investigation on 9/11?

Will the alleged criminal acts reportedly initiated and commited by those in American Government on 09/11/2001ever come under a true investigation before the prime suspects leave office? It is difficult to get justice in a corrupt courtroom; when the judge and jury are complicite in the crimes. So, what are the steps to make sure an accurate, true, thorough, and "Starr" type investigation is done?

Is the U.S. waiting for the outcome of the Middle East conflict, to decide on amnesty for illegals?

Conflict gets resolved no amnesty. Conflict does not get resolved amnesty for enlistment in the military.

this country was formed to escape religious persecution so why does the government create religion based laws?

There are many religions in this country that belive many different things. For example, some religions believe homosexuality to be alright, but the government says it isn't because the law makers belong to a religion that believes it to be wrong so they say they can't get married. i know this question will get a lot of ignorant answers from ignorant people so please if your ignorant please don't answer and clog up this question.

legal question?

im a 16/m. When I was 14, I was caught and arrested with prescription pills at SCHOOL. I was charged with possession of a schedule 2 drug, with intent to sell. I was in juvi for one day and on house arrest for 3 months. The toxicology came back ok, and the pills werent what the law thought they were. The judge demolished my case. And it went as though I didn't do anything. I was looking at 5 years in prison. But I got off scot free. No probation. No drug testing . nothing. If I got into more legal trouble. Could they bring my case back up since the judge already demolished it?

should i join usmc infantry...?

Should i join United States Marine Corps as a light infantry rifleman? i have noticed that the only thing i can do right in my life is be a soldier. i dont have much people that care for me so i care if i die. im not afraid of war or anything its just that should i waste some of the best years of my life im ever gonna have (19-23) killing people? im currently in ROTC as a Corporal/1st Squad Leader. i want to be the next Dan Daly....

Why is the guest worker program importing people from india?

To take hi tech jobs from americans.
I thought that it was to resolve the legal situation with immigrants here already?
We need to place a moratorium on more immigrants coming in to the country until we get this under control first and resolve indigenous rights issues at hand.

Is it worse to be a communist?

Afterall, Reagan gave weapons and funded the terrorist training camps to beat the communists out of the Middle East. And look where that left us. Friends with Russia (through civil talks and good foreign relations) and trying to fight an enemy we created. Good thing you guys always have a plan, even if it isn't a long term one!

Which political side is correct? The democrats or republicans?

Hmmm, so maby neither side is 100% correct, but one side has to be more logically correct, consistent, and provides for a better and more stable nation than the other. Basically it sums down to this...

Replicans: Kill the terrorists, Lower taxes, No gay people!!

Democrats: Don't send out troops it will damage our national budget and the war was none of our business and will only cause more problems instead of prevent them, Level taxes and let the economy flourish, Let people have the freedom to chose their sexuality!!!

Why is Israel hated so much by some mideast countries ? (read details)?

I know I have some gaps in my knowledge on mideast relations and history, but why do the mideast nations hate israel so much ? In the words of the Iranian president, they want to wipe israel off of the map. Why so much hatred ? Please don't just answer religious differences, because many countries in the region have religious differences (e.g. India), but the focus seems to be on israel specifically. What is it that they hate about israel so much ?
