Yeah, what happens? We only enhance our reputation as a bully. So, more nations decide they must develop their own nuclear weapons of mass destruction as a defense against the world's newest 'evil empire' - the United States of America!
And suddenly the whole Earth is ablaze with missles and guns and bombs! Won't it be great? Kinda of like a global 4th of July celebration!
The U.S. is no longer considered a world leader and global peacekeeper. We're feared by many smaller nations because they have to wonder, "If Bush can illegally and unconstitutionally invade Iraq, what's to stop him from invading our little country?" -RKO-

Unfortunately, morality and the rule of law stops us from doing it. On top of that, if the goal is to get rid of Osama, its also impractical. If the SOB is living in the Afghan-Pakistan mountainous border, he would be difficult to even nuke out.

People like you need to realize that the US isnt the only country that can attack and destroy another country. It is susceptible to the same fate. Those living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones at each other.

You should take a second to think that the United States is not the only superpower with a vested interest in these countries.

I hope you're not serious. I suppose next someone will propose destroying the whole planet in the name of "peace". A dead world might be a peaceful one, but nobody would be around to find out. Peace, not war, should be our goal.

Not if he's in the countries we destroy. just a thought. Destroying anything isn't really the right thing to do. it won't get us any further in life.

Osama was not driven by our attempts to bring freedom to a few ragheads. He was driven by hatred .
