We live near a forest. The chickens are in a shady cool area. There is a coop and nesting place.

I feel silly asking this question but i've never handled a venomous dead spider and any other venomous creature. :)

The neighbors cat got attacked by a dog and went under my house and died. I couldn't find a way to get the cat out when it first went under and the neighbor said the cat would come back out when it was hungry. I think it died under there and there is a very bad smell coming up through the vents. I believe it is the cat...*sigh* ...Dang owners should have tried to get it and take care of it but they didn't!! How long will the smell lasts? I am too freaked out to try and crawl under myself...so removal is out of the question. Animal control won't deal with it ..neighbors are dumbshits and won't deal with it either!

my dog is usually on a chain when she goes potty....she is a jack russell rat terrior mix....she was being babysat while we were on vacation and that was mid august....well her belly is very tight now and looks a little bigger. (she looks pg to me) but my question is .......if a much larger breed of dog mated with her what would happen?....i have heard that a small female dog s body will abort the babies if caused by a bigger breed...is this true?

my horse is majorly stubborn. we take her out of the paddock, then we have to literally push her back inot the paddock. it takes half an hour to get 10 metres. when we try to walk her forward, she goes backwards, and then refuses to go anywhere. she is old, like 23, but she has gotten more and more stubborn over the years. anyone please help!!!

Tippy is almost four years old now. Definitely slower and eating less. What is the lifespan of a rat? I had her since she was a ritten and love her dearly - she is a real character. But she is losing balance, and is less inclined to come out an play. She seems cold and shivery sometimes - I give her lots of bedding and keep her out of drafts, but still..

Thanks all fellow rat lovers :x
