Where I lived in america they thought it meant to pick it up, or something like that.You'd say 'I'll throw the ball and you go shag it' go fetch then I guess.
But Sloathes...surely they'd have to pick up a little momentum? You'd think so anyway. Maybe they walk around slow all the time cos they're saving their energy for the long nights with their sweethearts:D

Nobody knows. Everytime someone set out to document it everyone fell asleep from boredom. They even tried leaving the cameras rolling but ran out of film.

It's spelled sloth by the way and they spend most of their time hanging upside down from a tree. That's why they are referred to as lazy, I don't think it's got anything to do with the way they walk.
