No, I'm not insane. I have a pet cricket named Keith. There's a piece of astroturf on the bottom of his cage, which isn't glued down. Somehow, he crawled underneath, and appeared to be eating it. What the heck is wrong with him?

It tripped when we were going up the driveway. Her leg (just the bottom part by the hoof) puffed up. She doesn't seem to be in pain. And it has been about a week and the swelling has gone down a little. She walks around fine and begs to be ridden, but you can see she still favores the one foot more than the others. What can I put on it? She is 23, and is a morab.

My backyard is real sandy, I was wondering if I could use it in my hermit crabs' cage? I don't think pesticides have ever been around it.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Writing and am looking into other career venues. Animal right have always been something I've fought for in my writing, and I have always secretly dreamed of becoming a vet. Recently one of my friends was hired as a vet tech (she was an ART MAJOR!), without any training. I'm assuming a Vet is willing to train the right person on the job. Has anyone gone through this process vs. actual vet tech school? I'm interested in making the same move she did, but I sort of didn't believe it was possible.

I love that name but don't want to name my future one that. Please don't say stuff like well, look at the face. etc. Like that. Thankyou so much.
