Other - Pets - June 2006

I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I seperated the parents after I found the first litter, but she was already pregnant again. I don't know what to do with them. I don't know how long I have until the babies are able to breed. If anybody has any ideas I would be grateful. I want to get rid of them in the most humane way (i.e. find them good homes). I called all of the pet stores around here but I had no takers.

I have a 2 year old guinea pig that I can't keep anymore. I live in the Boston area, do you know of anyone who would take her in? Or what I should do?

My animals seem to know their names, but do they really know what we're saying? Why can't we understand their barks, meows, or mindless hermit-crab chitter-chatter? Why couldn't God just let us communicate with our animals instead of randomly trying to guess their thoughts? Because all of my dog's barks sound the same, can he only say one thing?

I own 2 arabians. When I went to an open show I was told i was stupid for buying such spooky horses. My horses rarely ever spook. All horses spook. I wanted to know how others felt.

My rabbit had babies 5 days ago, and I have not yet seen her feeding them or keeping them warm.

Two have died so far, but the others seem to be OK.

I know she must be feeding them or they would have all died by now, but I worry that she doesn't lie with them or keep them warm.

I don't want to lose any more, can anyone help?
