we live in washington state. the sea otter who lives under our house in the crawl space may be with a family and doesn't appear to be causing any damage. the crawl space is very inaccessible. is there anything we should do?

I am starting a hunting farm that simulates what it would be like to hunt wild horses. Its a lost sport and i think it is part of american culture. I take in abused, neglected, and lame horses and ponies and add them to a herd we have on our 2700 acre ranch. Hunters would be allowed to use bows like indians or guns like cowboys. where can a get a permit to start my hunting ranch. If anyone is interested in horse jerky or just plinking the younger ponies we cant keep i can give a mailing address to send requests. thanks!

A cat had a baby bunny. It isn't wounded but it is really scared. we put it in a really big dog cage for the night and i gave it 2% milk and smoe grass and really small bits of carrot (like four bits about the size of a BB or pellet (like for a gun) And some grass. should i take that out NOW?? i want to call a animal person tomarrow but will it be ok through the night?
