I am starting a hunting farm that simulates what it would be like to hunt wild horses. Its a lost sport and i think it is part of american culture. I take in abused, neglected, and lame horses and ponies and add them to a herd we have on our 2700 acre ranch. Hunters would be allowed to use bows like indians or guns like cowboys. where can a get a permit to start my hunting ranch. If anyone is interested in horse jerky or just plinking the younger ponies we cant keep i can give a mailing address to send requests. thanks!

There is no sport in "hunting" a lame animal no matter what kind.
Obviously you're here to get the shock value. Horses were not hunted here for food. As a matter of fact hunting wild horses was outlawed decades ago. And what you're proposing *IS* cruelty.
