Would that make them a Bagle?

She's aprox 6mnths old i think. We found her about 2/3 mnths ago. We've fed her like the books says but now she just cries all the time for food and routes through her whiskers food box (which is now kept under lock and key). Am I being cruel for not feeing her until meal times or should I stick to my guns and say no!. I don't want her to end up like my neighbours fat cat Harry who eats everything he see. HELP!

Out of nowhere, his cat (who's been around for almost a yr now) has decided right in front of my door is the best place to leave his catch. Started w/ a adult squirrel then a young one.
My husband & I have done nothing to/for the cat except to yell for it to get out of the way of our cars (which it used to do on its own, but just recently decided to run in front of instead of away from!). So there isn't a reason for it to consider us it's family.
Indoors is not an option (cat not mine & his dogs would kill it), it won't stay in his "cat yard," he's gone through too many collars too quickly to consider bells. It is a sick thing to find when coming home from work in the morning and you have to move it before you can get the front door open.

If you've seen the "glow in the dark cats", you'll get this, if not, go to Yahoo's homepage and there's a video about it. Anyway. I saw the news post a few days ago as well. For some reason, it really bothers me that they CLONED these poor kitties that glow in the dark, even if that wasn't the intention. They're cloned mutants now, and I feel bad for them. Especially because they're going to be used in research. It just seems so very wrong to me. I know animal research has been going on for quite some time, but this particular case just struck a chord with me. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I looking at it wrong? If I am, please give me YOUR view on it - no slamming me, please, be polite and be an adult about it. I'm open to other opinions or else I wouldn't have asked this question - unless they involved "cats suck they should all be killed" or some other equally uninformed response.

I have 1 small new shubunkin, 2 small new common goldfish and 1 adult comet goldfish, and I really love them, but it's just that they are always sitting at the bottom of the tank, they barely go up to the surface, when I feed them, the small fish slowly creep up to the surface to eat and them quickly go back down to the bottom as if the top of the tank is dangerous.

And also my adult comet goldfish doesn't eat no more, I asked my mum why the adult comet doesn't eat anymore and she said it's probably because of the loss of it's best friend (we had two comet goldfish for two years and unfortunately one of them died).

What I'm trying to say is, please give me answers about why my small new fish hate going up to the surface and why my comet goldfish doesn't eat as much as it does before?

Was this just a result of some other kind of testing? Please tell me this was not done on purpose. It is all over our local news. They are saying "don't ever trip over your cat in the dark again." Haha. That is just wrong!

I have been looking into tortoises a lot lately, and i have read that they do better outdoors. however, i am worried about the tortoise freezing to death during our harsh winters. so, is there any kind of tortoise that can survive a canadian winter?
