I got my dog from some one who didn't take good care of him. in a way I rescued my dog.

I don't know what happened to kill my baby parakeet but he was having very agonizing seizures and wasn't opening his eyes. If you think you may know or happen to know, please let me know. Thank you!

I love my cat, but she will not stop peeing on my den rug. We clean it with all the special cat cleaners to get rid of the smell and then we even tried covering the area with tin foil because cats are supposed to hate that -- she just peed around it -- in a place she had never peed before! We brought her to the vet and there is nothing wrong with her health-wise. We even block off the room, but whenever she gets a chance she finds a way to sneak in and pees! It's infuriating. We have a baby on the way, so on top of the fact that this is so gross, we can't have a cat in the house who pees wherever she feels like it once the baby is born. Any thoughts?? We've seriously tried everything!

in 3 days im going camping, and i dont want to leave her with someone because ill spend my vacation just thinking if shes alright. so what do i do?

i need to find away i can convince my parents, i need to find what to do while we sleep. (do i put her in a cage in the tent), she loves the outdoors so thats not a problem, and she spends most of her time sleeping, were not going hiking were just going to be lazy around the fire and thats it. plus im going to be ontario so its not going to be too hot.....i really need help on knowing what i should do and what to do while im camping, oh and also were going to be driving for approx two hours, should we have pit stops, for her to do her buisness and do i put her in a cage i the car??

I NEED ANY ADVICE THAT COULD HELP ME...im so confused

Does anybody know why my cat has started this wierd thing with her tongue like she constantly sticks it out and does a licking motion with it but is not washing. It seems slightly nervous but she is 10 now and has never done anything like that before. And last night when she had her eyes shut and appeared to be a sleep i noticed how making a sucking noise and then realised her tongue was comming out and she was doing it while she was asleep. :(
Could it be to do with fur in the mouth. I feel so sorry for her.

I have a 30 gallon tank with fish in it. When we first set up the tank the levels tested at 6.8 and now for the last week they have tested at 7.6 and several fish have died. I put the stuff in there that is supposed to clear and clean up the chlorine and chloramine. But it does not seem to be working. On the bottle is says it starts working immediately. Ya right the levels are still the same. What can I do to correct the problem?

My dog Cocoa is acting wierd.We took him to a doctor and he said Cocoa see's us differently.He looks at us like my dad is the leader of our little pack.Next my mom thenn my brother then me themn my other brother.He has been attacking all of us because he wants to be the leader of the pack.

The doc said we should......put him to sleep.But I don't think I can do it.Is there any other way?

We have lots of thistles and weeds on our back lawn at the moment and need to spray it. But we have two cavaliers, they are mainly inside dogs but go outside for the toilet. Is it safe to spray weed killer with pets around? Thanks.

Hi, I have a 4 month old tom cat and I need advice on letting him out. He’s always desperate to go out, as we’ve already started supervising him in our back garden. He’s very nosy and bold and loves to explore indoors when we visit my parents-in-law, so I’m a bit worried he might wander off if he goes outside unsupervised. He’s being neutered in October, how much of an impact could this have on his desire to roam? Or is it a better idea to keep supervising him in the back garden, and then take him out the front a bit more after he’s been neutered? Our garden fence won’t hold him back for long as he can already climb on the shed roof. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac with several other cats in our street so it’s a fairly safe place, but I’d be heart-broken if he did wander off and get lost. I like the suggestion about putting used cat litter in the front garden so he can smell it and he knows to come when I shake his biscuit bag but is there anything else people can suggest?

Our newly purchased lyretail molly unexpectedly gave birth to about 20 fry a little over a month ago. She has a beautiful lyretail, but the fry all have normal-shaped molly tails. Since the mother got amorous in a pet store tank containing a mixture of lyretail and non-lyretail, I suppose it's possible that none of these will turn out with lyretails.

My question is: How long do I have to wait to be sure? We can't keep all 20 fry, and I have some homes lined up for many of them, but we'd like the two or three we keep to be lyretails as well. Does the lyretail develop later, or are the fry old enough to tell now?

The breeder told us to use Diamond dog food? She was eating it before but now we force her to eat the food, putting it on the floor or giving it to her like a treat.

I just purchased 2 King Cobra, 1 Brilliant German and 1 Mandarin Orange. They arrived yesterday and they're all orange right now, with some distinguishing features. I can tell the Cobras by their vertical stripes and the Brilliant German has a silvery-purple around the edges with vertical and horizontal stripes. But, how old are they when they usually develop their FULL color?
