i heard on CNN or one of those news stations that some lawmakers are wanting teachers to be armed.is this crazy or what.
most schools anymore have police and guards allready.is there really a reason to have the teachers armed?
i personnally have weapons at my house.i am ex military,and i have had hunters safety course and in the process of getting my concealed carry permit.i think that i am well certified to have a firearm.
i just dont think i would like a person of whom i dont know from adam to be able to carry a weapon in a classroom full of 8 year old kids.
what would happen if a child at school was able to get hands on that weapon?
give me ur thoughts

ok, at my college we heard news on tv that there was a possible kidnapping...here's how it supposedly happened...a girl was walking outside, and there are parking lots for visitors, well i guess she was standing near it, and she heard a muffled noise saying help help, and there was some knocking, and that happened in the morning, and i guess she saw the guy walking and went to the car and drove off, here's what i think is about this, first of all why would the guy leave a kidnapped chick in the "trunk" or wherever by herself, didn't he know that students or people are gonna walk past the car and maybe hear a noise and call the police?...and what the hell was he doing at college, oh and the chick said there was no license on his car, and she didn't even bother to get closer to the car and maybe offer a help i guess the girl didn't have a cell phone to call the police and she had to go inside, and when she called, she got out and the car was gone

There is a group of people coming down from Kansas, to tell us Pa that the shooting is a punishment from God. This is totally wrong, if u live in Kansas tell your people NO don't do it..! It'll just give non christians to think that God punished people and doesn't help. This shooting WAS NOT from God, it is because of the sin in the world. I have MANY non christian family members and if these Kansas people come to PA and tell non christians this, i will never be able to get my family saved. Now i am only 13 years old. Do u think this is right?

Karr child porn charges dismissed By KIM CURTIS, Associated Press Writer

SANTA ROSA, Calif. - A judge dismissed child pornography charges Thursday against former JonBenet Ramsey murder suspect John Mark Karr after prosecutors said they didn't have enough evidence to take the case to trial.

Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Rene Chouteau ordered Karr released immediately, bringing an end to his two-month odyssey in the U.S. criminal justice system after he was extradited from Thailand on suspicion of killing the 6-year-old beauty queen.

Karr, 41, was returned to California last month to face the five-year-old pornography case after DNA evidence cleared him of killing the girl in her Boulder, Colo., home in 1996.

The misdemeanor pornography case fell through when it was discovered the police couldn't prove Karr put the pictures on the computer.

An older RIPLEY's BELIEVE IT OR NOT! book contain a one paragraph description on how to keep subtracting time from a worker's hours in a year and arrive at only 24 hours available to work. But since LABOR DAY must be subtracted this worker does NOT have to work at all!!! Do you have this RIPLEY's version and can you post the whole paragraph? THANKS!!!
