In the late Nineties, the Discovery Channel frequently aired a documentary delving into the WTC bombing of February 26th, 1993. It analysed why the plot to bring one tower down failed, and it was mentioned that the WTC was only vulnerable if attacked on altitude, with a missile reaching the core of the building. Or so I seem to remember. There was talk of light aeroplanes as well, referring back to the 1994 incident at the White House.

Can anyone else remember this documentary, what it was called and who the experts were talking on the show? As it's never again been shown on television (obviously..) even now the conspiracy theorists are having a field day, I am starting to wonder if I imagined this all..

With all respect and care for died, their famillies and people involved in events of 11 September 2001.
Do they look like us for vengence? Or they want to go to Heaven in peace?
What mather/father cares about?
Do they want to kill they murderer or someone of his family by rule "eye for eye, tooth for tooth"? Or they are just affraid of their children future and safety?
About what husband/wife cares when leaving widow/widower?
About what son/daughter cares leaving eldering parents without his/her support?
What question those innocent gives?
Isnt it: why, why, why, why, why, why, why...?
Do they crawl: "we want war"? Or they whisper: "Never again"?
Do they hiss "kill"? Or do they beg to God for forgiveness?
To forgive to them.
To forgive their children.
To forgive their avengers.
Do they rise their hands against those who are useing their death?
Or they just glare with sorrow and shame?

I know that not all Americans are good, and I know that not all Muslims are bad, however, why do so many hate us? I understand that we, as Americans, have killed innocents in the past and recent times, but this is part of war and we never, at least to my knowledge, (except in isolated events where those Americans that did commit such acts were punished by our Government.), set out to do so. Terrorists and extremists set out to kill us just because of where we were born. WHY? Really and truly I do not understand. I know a bit about Islam and its teaching as my best friend is Muslim, and he assures me that the Koran teaches peace and does not condone innocent killings. How can people become so confused and full of hate?

I was at home getting ready for work with the morning news on. I heard them say a small plane possibly hit the WTC. I watched a bit then left the livingroom to finish getting ready. Suddenly, I heard everyone on TV freak out. No one could comprehend what they saw. I ran into the livingroom and they replayed the video to see what happened and there it was....the second plane hit the WTC. Shock doesn't begin to explain it, does it? Well, I sat there in utter disbelief but finally pulled myself away. I had to go to work and the rest of the day unfolded for us on the radio. We eventually found out about the Pentagon and Flight 93. Needless to say, we didn't get much work done. After work I was glued to the TV. I'll never forget that day, ever. My mother said it reminded her of JFK's assassinaiton. Just something you'll never forget.

I was at work assisting in surgery, and one of the nurses came in to tell us about the 1st plane. At that time I thought it was just a plane malfunction (a freak accident) but as reports of more planes crashing came through we knew we were being attcked. Then fear and saddness took over.

I am trying to do my sons babybook and I need to find a couple of things via archives. The internet does not seem to have any search engines for news articles from the day he was born which is September 06th of 2005. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
