Why is it that news networks such as CNN, Fox News and many others get away with spreading the propaganda of the terrorists? Surely the material they show only has the intention of spreading fear and thus should be considered an act of terrorism? What good can come from showing Bin Laden movie clips and publicising the threats that the terrorists make?

Is the US government lying about 911?
Are all the websites which claim that the US government was somehow involved with 911 on to something, or are they all conspiracy theorists that have nothing else better to do with their time?

Was it ESPN, which put poker shows on the air to fill space, and the newspaper sports sections just followed mindlessly with the attitude, "It's on ESPN, it must be sports." Those kids in spelling bees work far harder and have more challenges than poker players, but they don't garner the same publicity.

Suppose you're in (software)business for 20 years and invented something that would change the Internet. And suppose leading technicians (Cisco and Juniper!) support your claims. And suppose they (and every other Internet-specialist!!!) indicate you will have at least 25 to 60 million users within the first days (!) after going live! And suppose 61% of those users are all -very- willing to pay 10 dollar, annually!

Suppose all that to be true!

Then suppose that you have everything documented and ready after 6 months of preparation, and need 7 million dollar to actually go ahead with the plans. Finally, suppose you've got 14 professionals available fulltime that are very willing to work 16 hours a day to -actually- change the Internet!

Suppose all of the above is true, but you cannot find an intelligent, private and -thrustworthy!- investor, even though you will be live in 6 months and have a tremendous cash-in within 2 weeks...

Who would you call? Seriously!

This particular riot happened sometime in the 80's and the inmates had guns and hostages and stuff. A lot of people died and the military had to get involved in order to stop the rioting. There were some guys picking off inmates with sniper rifles and stuff, it was about 2 hours long. I don't know the name of it so if you could help me out in finding it I would appreciate it. I belive it was aired in mid 2005.

Ever notice the only news is bad news....except for a few medical breakthroughs and other vagually mentioned things everything you hear is negative, murders, convictions, deaths, accidents, etc......why do you think that is?
