Probably has to do with money. Try the career sites, like monster, job hunter, etc.

MONEY!!!!!!!

If your paid $80,000 to $100,000 as a print journalist and someone like FOX offers you $1,000,000 to lie and distort the truth with no ramifications wouldn't you go for the money?

Has the FACT that Tommy Franks and W allowed the explosives that are killing our troops and were left unlocked and unguarded been reported on by ANY media group, print or TV. NO!

Franks is now a war veteran HERO given metals and W and the White House just says NO COMMENT. They BOTH should be locked up and tried for treason.

NOTE; Just in case some of you idiots out there don't know what I'm talking about (because it wasn't reported on much and nobody demanded answers) the UN forces in Iraq inventoried and locked up bunkers full of high explosives that went missing after Bush said "Mission Accomplished". The Generals in charge on the ground opened those bunkers then walked away without either destroying the explosives or posting guards to stop them from being taken. As I said Franks and W should be tried for MURDER!

I disagree with your premise. I do not see a shift from print to video. What happens is that video people need to fill time and the people who make the news are too few and their time is allocated to something other than being a talking head, so the video people turn to print journalists as talking heads because they have established journalist reputations - unlike most broadcasting "news" anchors.
