They need no nukes without any form of level headed judgement. That's like giving a 5 year old the keys to your car! C'MON!

Hey, its 4 30am, and every power transformer in Melbourne is blowing up!!! I got woken up by the one going some 100m away and every 15 seconds or so, another goes, you can hear them for miles@!!!!

I counted at least 20 so far!!!

The weird thing is, the power still works!

The explosion is very bright, you can see the others go, then hear them!

What the hell is going on???

Did someone fall asleep at the power station???

Base load too high??? Or too low?

Is President Bush on the right/wrong path regarding the security of the U.S. and/or the security of the Middle East.

Is the issue of the war in the Middle East a worthy and just cause?

Your thoughts...

President Bush: "Succeeding in Iraq also requires defending its territorial integrity and stabilizing the region in the face of extremist challenges. This begins with addressing Iran and Syria. These two regimes are allowing terrorists and insurgents to use their territory to move in and out of Iraq. Iran is providing material support for attacks on American troops. We will disrupt the attacks on our forces. We’ll interrupt the flow of support from Iran and Syria. And we will seek out and destroy the networks providing advanced weaponry and training to our enemies in Iraq. "

I am a military brat and I wish the war would be over so no one's loved ones had to go but I understand if we pull out there will be many mass murders.... on the other hand, over 3,000 soldiers have died for our country and about 22,000 wounded, and the war has cost about $400 billion... last I heard the economic standing of our country wasn't that great so where is this money coming from, how many generations is it going to take to repay and where is Iraq going to get $10 billion to hold up their end of the deal???
any thoughts on the subject?

Don't you find the following statement absurd:

"He says he's threatened by her? He's a star athlete. She's 5-foot-2, I think, and 105 pounds," said celebrity New York divorce lawyer Raoul Felder, one of the attorneys representing Joumana Kidd.

If what he is claiming is true, it is disgusting that we still have this idea that women are not capable of terrorizing their husbands in the same way that men can terrorize their wives. Just because a man is bigger doesn't mean his wife cannot be abusive. Some men are just not violent, believe it or not, and are afraid to do anything because she will likely not be arrested or charged.

Here is an interesting survey - more than 60% of women say it's OK to hit your husband, and more than 35% have done so.

With more than 3,000 American deaths and approx. 60,000 wounded, Bush is sending 21,000 more troops to possibly die or lose their limbs in Bagdad (not to even mention the already innumerable Iraqi deaths). Why aren't their massive demonstrations? Why aren't constituents calling or writing their representatives? Are average Americans (with their "Support Our Troops" ribbon magnets) really going to just sit back and watch the massacre unfold on TV?

As you know that these days there is more on the news about out of control teenagers running rampat and doing illegal things on the streets. An example of this could have been the Cronulla beach riots and the aftermath. Also more kids these days are joining into gangs and doing a lot of illegal things. The teenage crime rates have gone through the roof and something needs to be done. I personally think that the media and hip-hop music are the main cause of this. What do you think is the cause of this inappropriate behaviour?

Iranian dictator Ahmadinejad has recently announced his plans to wipe Israel off the map.

We also know that before the Six Day War in 1967, Egyptian dictator Gamal Adel Nasser stated, "This is to be a war of annihilation."

Did anyone precede these gentlemen in planning to destroy the Jewish nation?

20,000 +,,, now do they really think this new strategy will work or is it the last throw of a Pres who only cares about his post Pres rep and no longer gives an Iraqi fig anymore as long as the oil flows for the rest of his term.
If so, if US foreign interventionalist policy remains fixed on Iraq and they remain terminally fixed on isolating/removing/destroying Iran then will Hillary have to drop her drawers for Assad?
