This is the second time I have answered this question today. What you did not get the responce you wanted early in the morning so you posted it again when all your friends would finally be awake and could answer. George W. Bush is by far the better president than Clinton ever thought about being.

I personally think that this question was poised to generate argumentative results but my preference was Bill Clinton.
But keep in mind that each President has his own pros and cons and that each person has there own opinion.
