im getting tired of hearing about the stupid case on the news, and i think the prosecutor is the only moron that still thinks theyre guilty

After reading the affidavit I believe "Yes" they are guilty.....but who will sentence those young men of a crime against "That" young woman......so is live, she should have NEVER agreed to preform for a group of men in private that automatically have rights that she will never have...charge that to "HER' mistake

As Far as the rape part of the charges, even the prosecutor doesn't believe they're guilty. The other charges are still pending but considering the a;ready exposed discrepancies in the star witnesses testimony regarding the rape, I think those charges will never go to trial either. Bottom line, I think it was all consensual and some one tried to black mail the rich kids or their parents into shelling out some big bucks. But I doubt the prosecutor will be so quick to look into that possibility.

I personally don't believe they ever were guilty and I personally believe that the girl that made the accusation needs to be put up on charges for filing a false report. She's definately a whack job and according to the other girl she had with her, was out to make those "rich boys pay". My God, she had the sperm of SEVERAL men INSIDE her and on her panties but none of the doners were the Duke students. What does this tell us? She's a Ho and looking for a fast retirement.
I don't know any woman that has been sexually attacked, but I would think that if she had been raped, her last thought would have been to pull a train with several men AFTER the attack...
Mark Nyfong, the District Attorney needs to be recalled and held accountable. What he and his department did to those Duke students was reprehensable and should not go unpunished. He basically used that case to get re-elected.
The whole thing just stinks. Those 4 individuals that were charged will never outlive this make on thier lives.

I don't think they're guilty,cause first of all when the stripper was in the room with all those guys,why was shy alone?It's stupid out of her without having a bodyguard.Then she told 3 different stories,so she's the guilty one.

No. The prosecutor is just trying to save face. It seems like they did what any other horny college kids would do with a stripper at the house...nothing but drool.

I never believed that woman's story for a minute, it was a total fabrication and the prosecutor shouldn't have been so gullible. Now he needs to take his medicine. Can he say "lawsuit"

In my estimation, they appear to be guilty of being terribly misguided. I don't know what happened that fateful night, so I don't have an opinion on it.
Did you read the email that was so bad that it caused the coach to quit (link below)? Did you know that one of the accused was recently convicted in a gay bashing case (link below)? Even if they are not guilty in this case, it's probably a wake up call that was badly needed.

I agree they got shafted by a stripper who maybe drank too much and trying to make some windfall $$$$. But the public never really knows ALL of it anyways...but at least they got to go back. I am SO tired of hearing it to!

no the skanker went there and got naked, shes a hooker anyhow, aka exotic dancer she threw herself at those men and had sex with them, but like a typical ho, she thought that she could get a free ride, i guess if she was an office worker, or a dental assistant she would have been a little more believable,but the facts are is that she is trash, no credibility,,,,case closed

I have for years said that the prisons have many innocent persons incarcerated while the streets have many criminals roaming. My contempt for the political justice system is surpassed only by the apathetic public. I have Misanthropic Fever!
