I know that the official statement isn't supposed to be until later this afternoon, but on every news page i've been on, it's been decided to move the time from seven minutes to midnight to five minutes to midnight. What do you think? Personally, I was surprised that it was only a two minute change.

Russia's economy sucks so they have to resort in sellling missiles the extremist leaders.

"Earlier Tuesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said Moscow had sent air defense missiles to Teheran, the first high-level confirmation that their delivery took place despite US complaints. Ivanov did not specify how many missile systems had been delivered.

"We have delivered short-range Tor-M1 missiles to Iran in accordance with the contract," Ivanov told reporters.

The Tor-M1 is an advanced anti-aircraft system that can identify up to 48 targets and fire at two targets simultaneously, at altitudes of up to 6,000 meters.

Defense officials predicted the systems would be used to defend Iran's nuclear facilities, particularly the uranium enrichment center at Natanz. The officials said that while the missiles were advanced and "highly-capable," the Israel Air Force was "well-trained" and knew how to deal with multiple and varied threats."

Iran's Nataz nuclear plan is like fort knox

I have to ask why are the asians in the UK trying to throw the 6 somalians off the front pages of the news by complaining about Jade Goody and crew. I think Bigbrother is a redherring so they can take the heat of the Asian community. The PC lobby as well are perplexed by the suicide bombers caught red handed, as they cant give their normal stock answer " its because the war in Iraq". They cant campaign for them although i have no doubt some are actually that dumb and actually believe that these creeps could somehow justify it.

Okay back in 1999 they were saying every 5 mins "This is the end".

However........The Mayans civilization’s calendar ends in 2012 (and bearing in mind the predicted the 1999 eclipse 4000 years ago and got the timing wrong by 2 seconds, they have got a good track record) we also have the environmental predictions and a visible change in the world climate & the aforementioned Doomsday clock.

So, do you think that at long last the end of the world is actually almost here ?????

I read Google now and the news story selection is much better. It seems like Yahoo is very biased. Yahoo is really only good for searching for porn.

You see, we are clearly losing the war in iraq. Why risk any more lives and continue this effort less war. But then again if we started everything, why not stick it out and help out the citizens of iraq?

An admitted child molester is walking free in Bennington, Vermont and I’m mad as hell!

Andrew C. James, 37, of Manchester, was sentenced to serve 30 months to five years on Monday but all of the jail time was suspended by Bennington County District Court Judge David Howard. He will attend sex offender treatment instead. He was also ordered to pay a fine of $22.

By law, he could have received up to life in prison, a fine of up to $50,000 or both.

Instead, the prosecutor offered a plea agreement because he was concerned about the 4-year-old victim’s ability to testify.

James has been convicted twice for misdemeanor domestic assault in Vermont. He was sentenced to six to 12 months for both charges, with the jail time suspended. Instead he was placed on probation.

He was later arrested by the Chester Police Department in September 2003 and charged with aggravated domestic assault in the first degree, a felony, for attacking his wife with a screwdriver in front his two children. The charge was reduced to aggravated domestic assault in the second degree, also a felony, in January 2004. He was convicted of the latter charge and sentenced to two-to-four years in prison. All but 30 days of the sentence was suspended.

Now, I understand the logic behind a prosecutor’s unwillingness to go to trial with only the testimony of a 4 year old – I don’t necessarily agree with it that logic, but I do have the capacity to understand -- What I fail to understand is why this man wasn’t thrown into jail the very second he was arrested for molesting this child? As far as I'm concerned, this man is an habitual offender and should have been placed in prison to serve out the balance of his previous sentences the moment he was arrested for sexually molesting a 4 year old boy!

I’ll never understand how the court system and the victims rights' advocates can possibly expect to help end the cycle of abuse when we routinely and publicly diminish the impact of molestation on a child by letting the offender go free. Why in the world would a child seek out a responsible adult and entrust them with their deepest, most painful and shameful secrets, IF THE COURTS ARE JUST GOING TO LET THE PERVERTS WALK?! This child will soon learn, and never forget that his innocence was sold for $22 and a finger wagging (sorry, this sentence can't even be considered a "slap on the wrist").

So my question is this: are you as horrified as I am?

The war started because of suspected WMDs. But why would we just start killing people for that? Now it is because of terrorism?! Aren't we the terrorists in the middle east? Bombing for peace is like having sex for virginity. And what did Saddam have to do with the nonexistent WMDs and terrorism? I understand that he was not a good leader but what was the relevance in capturing him to the mission in Iraq (it wasn't for liberation, look at Iraq now)? I have friends in the military that were stationed in Iraq that did not really know what they were risking their lives for. I need a time line, not one that the government has made for us, because it seems that they have the ability to alter reality...for example Bush had nothing to do with the Katrina catastrophe. Oh jeebs, I am asking for it huh? (Don't worry you can tell me what you think, my parents are very conservative republican religious Bush fanatics, I am open to whatever explanations you may have.)

I wouldn't.

The man is responsable for thousands of deaths,he has caused misery and suffering for hundereds of British servicemens families,He has created hundereds of British widows and forced hundereds of British children to grow up fatherless. He has lied to and conned the British People.
Tony Blair has turned my country a cesspit for the worlds ****,allowing anyone and everyone to come here, unrestricted bringing their crimes and anti social behaviour with them.

Before you all start condemning me,I have served my country by spending time in the armed forces, and I am not a rascist-my wife is a Muslim.

I and most of the people who joined the forces, did so to defend the British people and the British way of life-not to die fighting to defend the ideas of a "Walter Mitty" Prime Minister.

Tony Blair is a traitor, and I home that he dies a slow painfull death.

They obviously made a mistake with the Iraq war, and they are being punished for it through the international hatred towards them. But surely they are still human beings? I just can't believe that they conciously made the decision to go to war on the basis of money-grabbing...

Today I have read that Indians are burning big brother poster in protest. Can anyone tell me how this is an appropriate way of demonstrating, especially over a TV Game show? Does this not show certain cultures must be backward and uneducated if this is the only way they feel they can get their point across in a hostile threatening way? Would you ever see a non minority person in the streets acting this way? How do these people ever expect to gain any respect from other communities when they act in this way?
