There are said to be four. I am interested as I am subscribed to one, not that I believe they are a complete solution.

you know,if one of the comet start forwarding towards our planet or one of the flare of sun start reaching towards our planet, how come they would be able to save this planet from this certain destruction?

i think they can only inform us in advance "ohhh one comet is going to strike against the Earth run run , go go go " this would be the altimate "action" from space centres and space scientists for us. Is this so miserable? If one of us would ask them , how long you were in space and what have you achieved? their reply would be "we took alot pics and movies of our fixed planets and sun" but sadly we couldnt save you from this disaster.

Only saving their satellites from this risk isnot enough for the existance of such probe in space. Saving lifes would be considered one the biggest achievement. But i think science is just paying more time on just "observation"
let i tell you the power of this science "science is not yet able to build a small fly" open chanllenge!

We need to stop population growth less land more fighting. Respect other religions and they learn to respect ours. Third world countries need to be educated on birth control. The less natural resources and the more we depleat them the more starving, fathom and fighting will occur.

I was raised in a house where my parents were very politically active (Step-Father was an elected office holder mother was Republican County chairperson). During the Reagan years I got. Cold War Spending, Anti-Carter feelings, tremendous economic growth, etc. I get it..... How can anyone put a "W" sticker on thier SUV. I don't get it. Republicans today are far from conservative. I don't get credit cards in my kids name and max them out. Why does my government? My rights are not a something I take lightly. Noone is against listening to suspected terrorists phone calls but this government does not have the right to listen to mine of yours without a warrant. The Republican party thinks you believe Iraq attacked us.... guess what they didn't. They claim that they ent to Iraq for WMDs then it was the bin laden link then it was bringing democracy then mid east stability............ now it's so terrorists won't controll the oil flow. OIL? This is all about oil? Really? Thanks republicans.....

I mean it's not going to bring the other people back to life. So what's the point? I personally feel that Osama Bin Laden should be the one hanged and not Saddam Hussein if anybody. However, it's not going to justify the people back to life so....Anyway Bin Laden why not? Is it because President Bush is still his friend? A friend doesn't do 9/11 attacks, and how are you as a president going to let him get away with that sh*t? I mean you see him on TV with videotapings and walking through the mountains. Now, how do you still not know where he is? Come on do they think viewers are stupid or what? They know where he is! It's like if I took a picture of you? Someone has to know that a camera was snapped by someone(no ghost) at you in order to take the picture. Understand what I mean?

I was reading with interest that a 35 day "sovernty" patrol with the Canadian Navy was cancelled due to funding, but was now reinstated due to public outcry. Should Canada's sovernty be at stake due to lack of funding .... as Canadians, should we not have more patrols rather than less in this world of uncertainty?

I don't get it. The VAST majority of the deaths in Iraq over the last two years have been the results of Iraqies killing each other in terror bombings and attacks. Why is the USA blamed for this when we are doing everything we can to stop it. That makes no sense to me.

Terrorism is just another rebranding of modern day conflict.

For all you know, if a cowboy brand an indian a terrorist, we might grow up think terrorists are indians. It's actually just 2 sides of a warring state.

Human beings have been killing each other since the begining of time. In ancient wars, hundreds of thousands die in a single battle. 5000 years of momentum of bloodfest and conflict is too huge to overcome in the so called 200 years of 'modern era'. It's not going to stop just because it's the IT age and everyone starts talking about the I-Phone or the latest MPV.

We should just accept it as a fact of life.
We have to accept that people are going to kill people, whatever they brand this act as
We have to get over our unrealistic expectation that the whole world is going to stop spinning and peace and serenity will shower our everday lives.
We have to face this and go on with the rest of our lives.

I think that its almost inevitable that Iran will have nukes. They are no dount working on them (despite what they say) and they will probably have them within five to ten years.

I doubt diplomacy will work. Neither will sanctions. You can't 'starve the regime' like you cab with North Korea.

And war or military strikes are a ridiculous and dangerous idea.

So will we just have to accept an Iran with nuclear weapons?

If there was a draft and you decided to flee, what is your reasoning?

- If you fled to lets say Canada would you flee from there to if they had a draft?

- Even if you dont believe in the cause, dont you agree that wars fought now protect your children later?

- Do you understand it is your right as an American to serve when called?

Thanks!

Just speculating here... but what if the boys were run-aways? What if Michael Devlin was doing what he thought was right, even though it was wrong (criminal). We are so quick to go on a witch hunt and want to crucify Michael Devlin and call him a sexual preditor. But what if he didn't molest these boys?? Might we be as damaging to their character for the rest of their lives, by assuming they were molested?

What are the facts? The reports of Michael Devlin being a former child molester are FALSE... but it appears that 90% of the people posting messages don't know that. What are the facts?

The boys didn't appear to be held against their will. The appear to be well adjusted, which is uncommon for individuals who were abused or suffering from stalkholmes syndrome. Devlin has no prior record of criminal activity.

Now here's the question no one wants to ask... "What if the boys were being abused by their families and escaped to Devlin's house?"
