Gov. Arnie Schwartzenegger has order flags in California to fly at half staff for a young California man killed in Iraq. Should other states join in this practice? Will it help bring our boys and girls home?

Why are we not in Darfur?
If (as Americans) we allow genocide anywhere i think this is wrong....isn't this why we went to Iraq?
I really want to be wrong on this one but can't help but feel it is because the people there are poor and it's not a finacial payoff (like oil in Iraq would be)

No need to ask what we can do to make this earth free from terror evils. It is the fact that India is suffering with constant terror attacks. The population over 1 billion keeps on watching how this system is working. The question still remains constant that are we really on the same road (as “developed nations”) in protesting the terrorism? It feels very disgracing when the entire media keeps on giving threatening alerts that don’t touch unattended things, look carefully when you board your seat in theatre etc. Media keeps overreacting on celebrity’s engagement news or celebrity's visit in a temple or mosque. It is no good to just reward some money to a family whose person has lost the life. How it feels when you lose anyone of your family like this? Just imagine the pain. What assurance we want from the system?

Suppose you are very hungry and thirsty. approximately you waited for 28 hours and you can easily imagine how much you are hungry on that day.

For you, we offer two things to make a choice on a single item. "Remember you have to live more 28 hours after selecting the choice."

choice number 1: Roast Chicken & BBQ Sauce

choice number 2: Beef Mushroom & Thyme Casserole

The one would you select it proves that this is your foavorite item.
On your decision: Those who dont decide will definately suicide with their life with hunger.

I am an Australian, but i am pretty disgusted with Australia Day, how can people celebrate the massacring of Aboribigines and the taking of their land based on the principle of terra nullius. Because that is what it is about. It is celebrating the day, when Captain Cook landed on Australia dooming the Aborigines, even to this day, Aborigines do not have equal rights along with the rest of the "normal Australians". Even despite the massacring, unfair treatment and prejudice, there was still the arrival of disease, within weeks of European arrival, many Aborigines died from the diseases that the Europeans had brough over from Europe including chickenpox, smallpox, influenza and measles. Nothing was done for the Aborigines since 40 years ago (2007-1967), 1967 as in the 1967 referendum, the changing of section 51 and 127 of the Australian Constitution

I know I would. So perhaps there's someone out there with a van, that's been thinking about it and maybe would like some company? I live in Sheffield South Yorkshire. We could go down late one night, and work most of the following day or two days....just to do "our bit"

I mean, it is an environmental issue and seen as I'm chasing job interviews, I can't see a better or more fulfilling way to spend a day at the coast. Any thoughts?
