one gets human rights from the birth itself . a new born baby is a citizen but not a terrorist.i think that they must have human rights as they are citizens but as we can fight for our human rights they cannot.

Yes, they do have human rights in the US. Unfortunately, the rights of the innocent unborn are not as recognized as the rights of terrorists.

Unfortunately Human rights commission in any country doesn't see the status of that human for its rights

Every Human being has human rights. U have to understand that Human rights are all basic necessities of human being.

Example: Basic necessities doesn't include a five star house but it involves a roof to cover terrorist from rain, sun or other natural harshness. Or not a hotel good food but a meal to fill terrorist's stomach.

According to the Geneve Convention, no, they don't have human rights. They are not part of any organized state military, fight out of uniform, and routinely massacre innocent people, along with using people as human shields, which is also a violation of international law. So no, legally there is no convention in international law that protects them.

Deserving or not - you have to give them the basics required for life, else you are no better than they are. We have to be civilized countries for a reason.

I think terrorists give up their rights by choosing to use violence to deny others' their basic human rights and by refusing rehabilitation declaring they are a real and present threat to society.

as unfair as it may seem to our judgement, and to our revenge-looking selves, i think that yeah, every single human being has "human" rights, that's the base of them i think to ensure that even though people can be as awful as they are, they won't be treated in an unfair manner....
