I'm not sure what to think. He didn't lay out a definite plan, and personally, I don't think he really knows what he's gonna do in Iraq once he gets those extra 21,000 troops in there. What do you guys think? Did you buy into the speech? What do you think he'll do once he gets those troops over there? Do you think Congress will end up allowing him to carry out his plan in the first place?

Liberals (and the liberal news media) are losing their stranglehold on the American people. They lost the radio war. That war was won easily..is this why they are fighting tooth and nail to discredit Fox News and other media outlets that disagree with their positions on vital issues ? Of course ! Liberals want to extingish their foes, not engage them in rational debate...A sure sign of weakness....Silly liberals, gotta love `em......

George Galloway (British MP) speaking in BBC Hardtalk show today was much more impressive than Bush in his annual speech earlier.

Bush indirectly says that 'energy resouces' are more important than everything (even human life) whereas Galloway opposes it totally....Whom do you support?

It`s obvious to many of us. The liberals can`t stand any opposition to their own viewpoints (facts often fall into that category as well). Why do liberals always feel the need to shut people up all of the time? Most Americans do not agree with your average liberal so why not give most Americans some worthwhile news television ?

Last night Bush mentioned "The terrorists", "The enemy" and "The Killers", however he never mentioned who these people actually are, where they are from and what we have to do to get them. Who is he talking about? Who are these terrorists? Iraq? Afghanistan? Osama? Hussein? Who? Who? WHO??

Is vague language a tactic? How does language impact a speech? "The terrorists" could mean anyone! Can someone please clarify for me!
