Do you have any links you can share with me about the "Gringo Blaster"? What is your opinion of this man?

My opinion of Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías?
A real piece of work...smart enough to stay in office but no less a diplomat that George W. Bush.
Both cater to the extremes of their party.

What surprises me about Chavez is that he doesn't seem to get it that communism is dead...it doesn't work.

He makes for some good reading and his comments are almost comical.
It's as if he was some hick from the country without any sense of decorum in the arena of world politics.

But, since much of Venezuela is poor, he'll probably stay in office...until the people there wake up and realize that all he's given them is promises with no chance of redemption.

Then, the people will either assassinate him or he'll flee in exile.

I will make a prediction. All those Liberals who wear the Che Guvera t sheets and think they are some kind of "revolutionary" will be trading them in for Hugo Chavez t shirts. The more these nitwit despots hate America the more the Libs idolize them.

Chavez is a tactless bully of a man and a powermonger so extreme that he has no trouble changing any law, any rule, breaking any tradition, to suit his own ambitions. He has completely aligned himself with an economically and socially disastrous ideology which will bring Venezuela's economy and people to desperation.

The guy is an IDIOT and I will never buy my gas from a Citgo station again (Chavez owns a piece of Citgo). To not like our president that I can understand but to lower yourself like he did to an assembly of diplomats is pathetic and shows just how low-rent he really is. The guy is a Despotic dictator who rules his country and treats his people like a Thug. I have ZERO respect for that skinbag.
