Is it right that even though she knew her husband was alive and still took and enjoyed spending the insurance money. She now blatently sells her story to the newspapers. In my opinion she is as guilty as her husband and should suffer the same punishment.. She needs to stop looking like a victim. and accept her guilt. Instead of trying to blame her husband. In the photographs with him she didn't appear to be remorseful.just smug she got away with fraud.

Meanwhile .. Beresovski, who milked the breakdown of Russian society for billions of dollars is scared shitless and is doing everything he can to maintain a high profile in Britain in the desperate hope that the same people who killed Litvinenko are scared off him (pity he couldn't return some of his loot like Abramovich who accepted the Governorship of one of Russias poorest regions).
I think they all stink, that includes Mrs Litvinenko.

Does anyone find it amazing that in the space of 7 months we have seen the two extremes of world class scam.

On the one hand the McCanns who amassed a £ million plus weathy financial backers purely by going down the pub and losing their daughter - a class act, top scammers.

On the other hand the Darwins who devised an elecborate plan of disaster, disapearance etc to defraud life assurance and rid debts but then tottally messed it up.

Is there a perfect scam or is much of it down to luck or 'unluck' ?

Do you think some credit cards and store cards should take some of the responsibility here, even when they know that money is owed they still offer more. They make it very easy to start with by huge discounts and money off then hammer people with the interest.

We read with festive spirit that the two child neglectors and MAIN SUSPECTS could be quizzed by Police on Christmas Day.

I read in a newspaper that in 2012 high level cataclysmic events are going to occur.. Water is being depleted... Ozone is opening up?? Is the government really doing something about this? Are they preparing evac's to space? Are they coming up with new solutions? not just electronic cars...

For instance the Natalie Holloway, or Lacy Peterson case. Or the 2 teenage girls in Oregon, Ashley Pond, and Miranda Gattis. It seems law enforcement officials are always using they're utmost resources to solve these crimes. Including f-15 fighter jets with track and search technology. The media pushes these cases to the front of every magazine, and major network broadcast for years. But I walk into any grocery store, post office, or library and there are bulletin boards packed with lost notices about children missing that don't seem to get the sense of urgency that these glamour cases get.

According to Hillary, such fiery opposition was nonexistent only seven or eight years ago which, incidentally was when she and her husband occupied the White House. So what brought about this change? Without missing a beat, she postulated that the reason is, of course, the worsening economy under President Bush, which has made Americans, when looking for jobs, feel competitive pressure from those who breached the border.

Funny, I work but I still don't want illegals crossing the borders or getting into the country without going through the legal process. I see it as a security and safety issue. This is not only about Hillary - I don't agree with any candidate that is blind on the immigration problem.

Recently a clerk at a Wisconsin gas station made a mistake when he changed the price at the pumps to 32.9 $/gal instead of 3.299 . So, people lined up to use the after hrs pumps, charging the cheap gas on their credit cards. The store manager was notified and stopped the surge of buyers, calling them "dishonest".
