Dont you get fed up with some on YA who just because they do not agree with McCann questions or answers threaten those 'on behalf of' the child neglectors with Defamation !
What goes through somepeoples minds that they feel the need to act like unpaid amateur solicitors for two child neglecting MAIN SUSPECTS in a young childs disapearance ?

Isn't YA "...a forum for FREE SPEECH and the dissemination of ideas" ???? I think it is. Aren't people exercising their right to free speech here in YA ?
If "free speech" protected those cartoon makers last year which insulted Muslim's Mohamed (and I am catholic, Christian, not Muslim) then why does the concept of 'free speech' not now protect people who express their feelings/opinions ? ----- Guys we have to start being a bit more consistent or else YA will enter melt down (people with worthwhile opinions will not join us )

Well seeing as they are guilty of child neglect and fully responsible for the disappearance of their daughter, I think defamation is a joke. If the McCann's told the truth, other people wouldn't need to do it for them! As for those who feel the need to defend and support these child neglecting liars, it speaks volumes...

I get fed up with people like you having a go at people like us, saying that "innocent until proved guilty", is wrong We are not (like you) into vigilante-ism. What is wrong with that theory Adam. It is defamation when you cannot PROVE that the statements you make are true. If the police can't come up with anything concrete. What gives YOU the right.
It has been PROVED that people have been wrongly accused before.

The right to free speech is suppose to mean that you act in a manner that would be deemed as responsible. Responsibility in the use of free speech should not mean that you can accuse every Tom, Dick and Harry of anything you choose without proof.

I'm beginning to suspect that at least some on here who defend this awful pair secretly see no wrong in lying and concealing the death of a child, when it happens in a foreign country with the possibility of doing time in a foreign jail .Could be some would be tempted to do the same and have a certain sneaking admiration for the MacCanns course of action. Those thinking along such lines are likely presuming accidental death, a theory i no longer agree with, manslaughter becoming more likely, to me anyway, as time goes by .

None of us know exactly what happened to madeleine. What i get amused at it how certain people have become obsessed by this case and post endless questions based on the very contradictory reports they find in the news.
It doesn't matter what the question may be about, anybody who posts a question promoting their own veiws in an attempt to provoke a debate strikes me as a touch retarded.

They are like ostriches who bury their heads in the sand .This pair are child neglectors if nothing else and if they were from a lower class in society they would nave been ignored, scorned and probably locked up in a Portuguese jail by now.
