I read in a newspaper that in 2012 high level cataclysmic events are going to occur.. Water is being depleted... Ozone is opening up?? Is the government really doing something about this? Are they preparing evac's to space? Are they coming up with new solutions? not just electronic cars...

Read the Bible in Reverlations ( bad speller by the way).
I think Bush laughing and sticking out his tongue at Iran guy is going to get us bombed for sure ,,, maybe that will be the end of the world. Health care is becoming so only people can afford it will live longer. The government is slowly taking our freedom away telling us can't smoke here or there. Next it will be some ones weight issues they will attack. They already telling us how we can raise our kids and what we can't do ... geesh ... I didn't turn out badly. Kids are shooting people in Malls now too. Alot of evil is going on and the sad part is the government not taking care of it until it happens. It is up to us ( the people) to change things to group together... educate our kids ... teach them right and wrongs. There also is alot of racism out there ... geesh ... people are people no matter their color! The global warming ...scary stuff and the strange weather ... like it says in the bible so it is happening already.
Love each other and live one day at a time ... iof more thought this way this world be a better place!

Which government? The U.S. government? You're kidding, right? If you are depending on the U.S. government to save us from disaster you are doomed.
I wish I had a dollar for every nut case or cult that said the world was ending soon.

The kicker is, there really isn't a hell of a lot we can do about it one way or another, so we might as well just sit back and enjoy the ride. Still, you gotta live life to the fullest, boyo, 'cos it could all be over tomorrow, one way or another...

No what everyone else is saying is a load of rubbish. We will definitely be living beyond 2012 so you can let out a huge sigh of relief and perhaps have a great celebration if you want to. Please don't believe the bible as it is nothing more than a dull and fictional book that leads you to believe quite a lot of waffle.
Please believe the solid truth rather than a outlandish myth.

According to the Bible, yes, the world is coming to an end. People need to begin worrying about where they are going when they do die and need to worry about having God completely in their lives instead of going out, drinking, and doing other crazy, unGodly things!
