Is it right that even though she knew her husband was alive and still took and enjoyed spending the insurance money. She now blatently sells her story to the newspapers. In my opinion she is as guilty as her husband and should suffer the same punishment.. She needs to stop looking like a victim. and accept her guilt. Instead of trying to blame her husband. In the photographs with him she didn't appear to be remorseful.just smug she got away with fraud.

Greedy, smug, lying, cheating, conning b*tch springs to my mind.
Her and the hubby knew exactly what they were doing.
I saw more than one photo where they were both looking incredibly smug. Looking like they had got away with it. She has admitted that she knew he was stiil alive.
She could'nt have spent £100000 no one can spend that amount!!

It's possible that her story is true -namely that he organised his disappearance and she only knew later, after she had spent the insurance money. In that case, morally she should give the money back, but it doesn't make her wrong to have taken it if it was in good faith.

I don't know how you can analyse one photo of her smiling and decide she was smug at getting away with it.

The truth will come out, but it won't be by assumptions like this.

They are both as guilty as each other and as there are several hundred thousands of pounds at stake, they better be languishing in jail for quite a few years.

If she is proved to have knowledge in her husbands disappearance and is charged. She will not be allowed to profit from her crime. It is prohibited in this country.
