are allowed to show portions of eachothers shows. For example Keith Olbermann can show Bill O'reilly footage while O'reilly shows segments of Wolf Blitzer interviews. Aren't there copyright laws being violated. I can't see them giving eachother permission being they are all competitors.

It seems that for nearly 20years since the u.s. and france agreed to share rights over the creation(discovery) of aids, it has become a cash cow. Aid agencies around the world, neocolonialist powers and of course multi-national drug companies are raking in the dough. It seems that aid agencies quickly discovered that you can raise more money with something comfortable westerners can get rather than something they have never seen like malaria. This way your donation allows poor people to be used a lab rats for a vaccine. Most aids in africa (which is a different strain from the american one, ironically) can be cured with clean water, aspirin or antibiotics. Nobel laureates, scientist and world leaders all are being drowned out by the racist myth of monkey sex and drug use. In a generation people will wonder why so much time was spent on curing a phantom disease instead of riding the world of a real weapon of mass destruction. How do people REALLY get aids? study your answers 1st.

SAN DIEGO - Thousands more residents were ordered to evacuate their expensive homes Tuesday, bringing the number of people chased away by the wind-whipped flames that have engulfed Southern California to at least 300,000.

The dozen wildfires have burned more than 700 expensive homes and set 245,957 acres — 384 square miles — ablaze, and the destruction may only be the start for the region. Tuesday's forecast called for hotter temperatures and more explosive Santa Ana gusts.

Answer: The Iraq War is all about US government corruption and Congress's blindness to do anything about it. It is a story about government corruption at its highest levels and how these people manipulated the law and people to get away with murder. Was Saddam an ugly ogre or a threat to the world? The true answer is "no" as reflected by the US CIA in 1990! Did Saddam murder millions of his people and commit ugly atrocities like the use of chemical weapons on his own people?

Answer: Saddam did not kill millions of his own people and he did not gas millions. 13,000 were killed by chemical weapons, while the US government used Agent Orange on many more in Vietnam!

Truth: Saddam put down US government inspired rebellions in his country (such is illegal). It is our government that is the ugly ogre!

Americans need to learn the tru

Is this where the cover up begins in earnest.

the more I am convinced the Ocean Club Manager is an accesory to Madeleines' abduction?

1) He is involved in room allocations.
2) He knows who is expected to arrive at the Ocean Club, weeks in advance. He will know, party size and child ages.
3) He is local
4) He can watch peoples movements & activities, & know when they are in and out of their room with Electronic Key Swipe Cards.
5) He said he had called the police but HAD NOT.
6) He took 50 minutes to call the police after the alarm was raised by Kate McCann
7) His DNA is all over the Ocean Club resort and would have been discovered in room 5a if the Police & HE had not agreed the room could be re-let & if the Police had not been smoking and using Mobiles in there during the forensics search.
8) Why doesn't he let anyone but guests into the building these days?

Finally - WHO IS HE - What does he look like? Has he been interrogated?

What do y'all think?

first it was Gerry who 'murdered' Maddy, now people have switched their attention to Kate

Theres a lot of users on here who have been answering/asking question regarding the McCanns since day one.
But i find it amazing that their theories for the case have changed so dramatically!

Can anyone remember when people were saying it was Gerry who done it
and Kate was nothing more than a battered wife?

tut tut to those who cant or wont stick to one story

Portugal’s police lack expertise in investigating child abduction cases and the theory that Madeleine McCann was taken by an abductor should not be ruled out, the nation’s most senior law officer said yesterday.

Fernando José Pinto Monteiro, the Attorney General, added that he could not guarantee that officers were acting within the bounds of the law.

In an interview with a Portuguese newspaper, Mr Monteiro said: “I think phone tapping in Portugal is done too much. I myself have many doubts that my phones are not being tapped.” Kate and Gerry McCann believe that their phone calls have been listened to, as questions put to them in police interviews appeared to be based on information gleaned from conversations with their friends.

Asked whether, as Portugal’s most senior legal officer, he could assure the public that police were not acting “freewheel”, Mr Monteiro admitted: “No, I can’t guarantee that.”

The whole panel agreed that the interview wasn't about "looking for" Madeleine, but more an excercise in damage limitation for the McCanns. They also agreed that the interview wasn't given voluntarily, more like they had been asked to do it for PR. They weren't comfortable doing it Their body language spoke volumes as this is a "normal" couple not used to controlling their emotions. When Brian ran his fingers over his throat it gave me a chill. The experts also believed that their relation with Gerry is not as fantastic as people would have us believe. They both said that they had been in Madeleines bedroom since May 3rd and it was Very painful. Then Susan said that she "imagines" that Kate does the same although she has not seen her do it. All the experts agreed that Kate has a serious personality disorder and psychiatric problems, the daytime haucinations were a manifestation of this. well I can't remember anymore. What do you all think?

HA!! GOT YOUR ATTENTION!
I don't mean that, just wanted to grab your attention for a second.

As you are all aware,I am a pro McCann.I support Kate and Gerry in finding their little girl.I am not pro neglect and my children are the happiest kids you will ever meet.I just hold a different opinion to some of yours.

Last night,Q after Q was fighting talk posted to pro's and anti's.There are some people who are constantly doing this to divide us and keep the rows going.

I just want to make one thing clear......I am not 'ANTI', anti McCanns. Most of you all have great answers and questions and great personalities. I don't want to fall out with anyone.Especially over a difference in opinion.I don't see the point in abusing or insulting people.I might retaliate if someone insults me first, but I don't like to offend. And I have NEVER reported anyone.
Is it OK for pro's and anti's to get on??
Before anyone says I have labelled us,I haven't.This is just the category we have fallen in to.

When asked " When was the last time you talked with Madeleine?" the reaction was very strange Susan grabbed hold of Brians hand and started squeezing his finger really hard as if to stop him from saying anything. She controlled the whole interview a little like Gerry does.
When asked if they belive the McCanns are implicated Brian begins by touching his heart then subconsiously runs his hand across his neck in a cut throat gesture.
The experts on the panel agree that the grandparents want to believe that Madeleine is alive but in their heart they don't. Especially Brian who seems a broken man. They feel that Brian knows in his heart that the McCanns are implicated. This lovely, sincere, caring and dignified couple are going through hell. They show genuine emotion and pain. Kates father is desperately ill and it was painful to watch him during the interview. My heart goes out to them both. They have lost the light of their lives and I feel desperately sorry for them both.

There was a panel of experts who analised the interview and they all felt that the grandparents were being used to do PR for G and K. Especially Kate's father who is obviously very ill and was not really in a condition to do the interview. Susan says that not only does Kate dream about Madeleine which is to be expected but she also has halucinations where she sees Madeleine walking down the stairs. There were doctors on the panel and they mentioned that it is known that Kate has psychological problems and was under treatment BEFORE the holiday and taking medicaments for this problem.
The grandparents often spoke of Madeleine in past tense. When asked to send a message to the "kidnapper" they both immediately look down at the floor. They don't look into the camera to give the message which is VERY strange as it is normal to look to the camera to give the appeal more weight. An expert in body language also analised the interview with some interesting results .........
