would you accuse someone of killing their child when you dont know them or the facts?

would you concoct wild theories to fit in with the 'facts' revealed by the various tabloids?

or would you give them the benefit of the doubt and adhere to the great principle of law "Innocent until proven guilty" and leave the detective work to the professionals?

No, I wouldn't accuse or defend a suspect. But social services should certainly take any other child in there custody away from any possible harm, however remote, untill its resolved. What if the McCanns did snap and kill Maddie accidentally? Aren't they under more pressure now! If they were a chav couple, you wouldn't see the twins for dust, they'd be taken that quick. But no, Proffessional Doctors dont kill do they? hang on what about Shipman!!

No I would not defend anyone who is accused of killing their child, whether I knew the facts or not because it is none of my business.

Now turn the question around, would you jump on a person when you have no real facts that the person killed their child. Lets face it you don't know them or have any real facts to say they are guilty, every thing here is speculation.
