MADDY'S DEATH. can someone tell me if this is true intercepted telephone calls and emails between the McCanns and their friends have comfirmed the death of Madeline say Police, acording to one Portuguese newspaper to-day the intercepts are said to have been made in a joint operation conducted by Portuguse and Brittish Police officers, Diario de Noticias it says that Maddys parents kate and gerry maccann and their friends who were holiding at the ocean club ,will be brought in for futher questioning. they want to focus on a three -hour period in which only the MacCanns saw Maddeline.

a woman claimed she didnt know she was pregnant and gave birth in the mcdonalds bathroom she worked at, then tried to flush the baby (she was 32wks...incase you dont know you're pregnant for 40wks and you can usually feel the baby moving around 20wks) .....should she be charged with a crime? if not attempted homocide, atleast child abuse of some form! the baby was alive and well when born, and i dont believe for one second she didn't know she was pregnant! as a mother of 2 at a certain point in time you KNOW....you can clearly feel a fetus moving inside of you. and even if she truely did not know....what makes you think you can FLUSH a child down a toilet?

Can't say that I have ever seen this, but then I don't spend much time in public bathroom stalls trolling for gay guys. Who came up with this little sequence of signals to signify you want to share some quality time with some gay dude in the stall next to you? Do you think that print media is a follower of electronic media or not? With 24x7 news channel a news item is hype so much that the print media has to take the content from it. They have to give enough space even to the most hyped but irrelevent news item.

First and most important we need to know who was in charge of Security for the Trade Centers. We also need to know what kind of modifications were being done on certain emptied offices leading up to 9/11. We need to know the employee names of those builders and office renovators that were doing work on the 34th floor and other floors just days before 9/11.

We need to take a closer look at the Larry Silverstien insurance policy and records.

We need to take a look at Airline shares sold just before 9/11.

Virginia Gov. Kaine just had a press conference where he highlighted what he thought were seven "salient" points to raise concerning the committee report re the Virginia Tech massacre. Not one of those points mentioned gun control.

I'm aware of the very strong gun lobby, especially in Virginia, but it's irresponsible not to mention it at least as one significant contributing factor. Yes, there were other factors that led to this critical mass of tragedy, lack of proper communication, problems in the mental health support system, but to ignore the smoking gun, both proverbially and literally?

It's baffling that it's easier to buy a gun in certain states than get one's driver's license. In driving a car, you have to undergo extensive testing, both on paper and on the road to prevent fatal accidents. In owning a gun, which is designed to maim or kill, one doesn't have to meet such standards.

I don't know about you all Yahoo users but it seems to me that we have forgotten Osama. In the news all you hear is the War in Iraq, yet we hear nothing from the news about Afghanistan. It seems to me that president Bush saw an escape goat. By that I mean President Bush with this approach "oh now that I'm in this situation might as well finish what my daddy had started (Gulf War)." That's how I see it and it seems to me that we have a weak leadership that isn't focus and dedicated. Take Hurricane Katrina President Bush was on VACATION? To finish this it seems to me very unfair that Osama is still alive and that we have forgotten about him. I would like to hear from all of you and what's your opinion.

I know some people are afraid of them, but why do they not see that every major city has the toughest gun laws, and also has the highest crime rate. But towns that encourage gun ownership have reduced thier crime rate by as much as 400%.
