I do. I know that everybody's innocent until proven guilty, but he seems guilty, to me. What say you?

I want to send my congratulations to PETA, ASPCA, and other alphabet soup organizations for crushing the greatest threat to animals in the U.S. -- dog fighting. Now that they have some time on their hands, should they try to stop the slaughter of innocent ducks, geese, quail, fish, deer, and bears at the hands of barbarians better known as hunters and sportfishermen??

If they shouldn't, why not? How are they different? Are dogs better than the aforementioned animals? (Looking for honest discussion. No sarcastic or idiotic answers please)

Anytime a news story is about drugs (legal or illegal) or chemical spills they never show the structure of the chemical with the news story.

I think this is censorship and it keeps the public from making informed decisions about health and environmental issues.

The big lure about drug abuse is the mystery, and showing the structures in the news would do much to lessen this mystery.

So, try calling your local TV station, ask them to start showing chemical structures in their news segments on drug/chemical issues.

This is a survey: please tell me what your station says. I am looking for one exception to this censorship rule.

It appears that it will be difficult to claim that Bush went to war in Iraq on the false pretense that there were WMD in Iraq. Turns out there were samples of chemical weapons in the United Nations Building, in a cabinet, filed under Iraq. A reasonable person would have to conclude that there was a high probability that Iraq had continued to make chemical weapons, since they were playing a shell game with the inspectors.

I have a real nasty husband, have asked loads of qn's about him in past over his bullying and now we are divorcing I need to find my balls. His favorite trick is putting our 3 children into 'risk' situations to gain the upper hand and label me unfit. He knows I am a good parent and more than capable of caring for the children and is very jealous of that so is playing dirty tricks to gain favour. I am not used to this and am actually petrified of the man, but more scared for my children who he is definatley using to hurt me.
Has anyone else been through this horror?

The only way is to allow licensed, responsible, law abiding students and professors to carry handguns on campus. People will keep dying till someone stops the lunatics. Waiting for the police or campus security just gives them more time to kill. Why can't they ever admit that in these reports?

Is it personal experience or our 'good friend' the media?

If I was a young male, I would be concerned due to my statistical risk of being a victim of crime but if I were anyone else, I'd be skeptical about what I read . . .

Newspapers and the Internet seem to have much more news than TV. Why is that? Aren't there any investigative reporters anymore?
