Australia has had terrorism attacks in the 1960's and 1970's from Croatian Ustashi (Croatian Fascists) with churches being bombed. The Yugoslav Airline office was bombed twice in Melbourne and a Yugoslav travel agent was also bombed. A bank with a Yugoslav display in the window was bombed and the same night the home of a Yugoslav Serbian was bombed. The Yugoslav consulate in Melbourne was also bombed.

Could you be more specific?
Canada has experienced one major airplane bombing in the 1980s - An Air India flight from Pakistan to India was blown up by Sikh extremists.
The FLQ (Front for the liberation of Quebec) also used to bomb mailboxes in the 1970s and kidnapped and killed a minister.
The UK, of course, faced the IRA.
A Japanese cult would fill the subways with noxious gasses.
Spain experienced assassinations and bombings at the hands of Basque (sp?) separatists.
Russian civilians were attacked many times by Chechen terrorists.
Israel, of course, as the most experience of all, with numerous suicide bombings, mostly from occupied Palestinians.
France fought a long, ultimately useless guerrilla war in its Algerian colony before finally granting it Independence (France in Algeria looks eerily like the US in Iraq today).
If you dig a bit more, you'll find many more examples.
