I do. I know that everybody's innocent until proven guilty, but he seems guilty, to me. What say you?

He has already pleaded guilty to the disorderly conduct charge. That means he is guilty of soliciting sex in a bathroom from another man. No matter what he says, you don't plead guilty unless you are guilty. I'm sure the judge asked him several times if he understood what he was doing by pleading guilty. So now, he says he is not guilty. Does that mean he was lying before, or is he lying now?
And yes, I think he is a closeted gay or bisexual male. I cannot imagine anyone else doing what he did in a public men's room.

Um .. I'm sorry, I thought your question was was he guilty? Are we suggesting that someone who is gay is actually guilty of something?
