he gave the fitness blog a break today and has started talking about Maddie.

"Sometimes people do things for reasons that even they cannot understand. An act of madness, an accident or sudden impulse can lead to consequences that people may never have imagined or intended"

do you think he is preparing for his insanity plea?

"Please come forward, return Madeleine"

Is this the first time he has asked for his daughter back on his blog?

I wonder what has changed. Why this sudden change in tone?

(I can hear the violations approaching)

I was so touched by the tribute last night at the Liverpool match. Compassion is such a overlooked emotion shame the killers have none

India has invited defense contractors to enter the bidding contest to supply 126 new war planes in a deal that is expected to cost the Indian treasury $10 BILLION.

Yet majority of the Indian population do not have clean water to drink.

Every day hundreds of millions of Indians bath, clean their clothes, wash their dishes, brush their teeth and drink water that is laden with bacteria, industrial and agricultural runoff, and untreated sewage, including both human and animal feces.

How can a government which is the inheritor of the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi make such a choice?

When will the Indian people grow tired of literally eating excrement and demand more from their government?

I was in a big debate about Iraq and I was saying what a colossal waste of money and blood it was. We have no objective. Then it just came out of my mouth that I would rather free Cuba than Iraq. And I would. Plus, it makes a whole lot more sense.

So I was searching for some information about the “man”, and found this funny information, its a list of how rich is Mr.Bill Gates and come to think of it, Gates sure is the luckiest man of earth. He has all the money in the world and why Mr.Gates did not register his own domain name for www.billgates.com, now we know why Mr.Gates is no match for Google. So much for the title “King of Computers”

1. Bill Gates earns US$250 every SECOND, that’s about US$20 Million a DAY and US$7.8 Billion a YEAR!

2. If he drops a thousand dollars, he won’t even bother to pick it up because during the 4 seconds he picks it, he would’ve already earned it back.

3. The US national debt is about 5.62 trillion dollars, if Bill Gates were to pay the debt by himself; he will finish it in less then 10 years.

4. He can donate US$15 to everyone on earth but still be left with US$5 Million for his pocket money.

5. Michael Jordan is the highest paid athlete in US. If he doesn’t drink and eat, and keeps up his annual income i.e. US$30 Million, he’ll have to wait for 277 years to become as rich as Bill Gates is now.

6. If Bill Gates was a country, he would be the 37th richest country on earth.

7. If you change all of Bill Gate’s money to US$1 notes , you can make a road from the earth to moon, 14 times back and forth. But you have to make that road non-stop for 1,400 years, and use a total of 713 BOEING 747 planes to transport all the money.

8. Bill Gates is 40 this year. If we assume that he will live for another 35 years, he has to spend US$6.78 Million per day to finish all his money before he goes to heaven.

Last but not the least the best one!!

9. If Microsoft Windows’ users can claim US$1 for every time their computers hang because of Microsoft Windows, Bill Gates will be bankrupt in 3 years.

You can't read anything or watch TV or listen to the radio any more without someone pompously telling you what you should do or think about some issue.

I love this country- I served 10 years in the military, and I am a staunch defender of democracy. I am struggling though...At what point do we unite, and take our country back from the weasels who run for office, or do we just give up and leave. By that I mean at what point do we try to fight the beast from within (wihich is quickly becoming illegal) or from the out side?

This guy was arrested all the way back in June for hitting on a cop at a Minneapolis airport restroom (you know the story). He pleaded guilty, without even hiring a lawyer, ostensibly to make the whole thing go away quickly and quietly. He almost got away with it, but somebody blew his cover (no pun intended) a few days ago Which media source was it that first picked up the story?

I heard about that new french president, Nicolas Sarkozy. I also heard that he was a pro-american. I was just wondering if this means france will be joining either of our wars. Or if france will be engaging itself into any wars by itself. If they do enter a war does this mean they might lose there surrendering reputation?

I feel sorry for Miss South Carolina. everyone makes mistakes.

What would your answer have been?

mine would have been:
the americans who can't locate the US on a map are the ones that didn't pay any attention in school. They are the ones that didnt even try to get good grades. They probably dropped out of school when they were 16. After they realized that they really messed up their lives, they probably started doing drugs and drinking; and now they can't even locate the US on a map.

...

or:
they were looking at the map upside-down.
lol
