I don't think so and here's why, we have no right, as were doing in Iraq, to insist that they do things our, the American, way.
We're forcing a belief on people steeped in traditions that go back further then time, what right do we have to tell them how to live?

The courts approved the meaning of "it's they're country, they can do as they please, if we want our programs in their country, then we have to conform to their laws"

We cannot go into Saudi and open a bar, can we? I think not.

We have to conform to the countries laws and traditions.
