I just hope it moved those, that know this boys murderer, enough to speak out. Otherwise it is all in vain.

i agree
its a shame too that a few thugs in football spoil the image of most good natured football fans
im an everton fan and so always want liverpool to lose lol
but some things are way more important than football
it was a great advert for the people of liverpool

I found it very emotional, brought tears to my eyes.Poor kid he was only playing football. What has happened that you cant let your child out to play in safety now.
I think there is so much fear over these vile gangs that people will be afraid to talk, and those responsible Will never be caught. I pray i am wrong, the little lad deserves some justice.
God Bless his family. Their courage and dignity is incredible.

I know
i think it was a really lovely touch
especially the standing ovation they got
Its a shame that a child has to die though in order for people to show such respect to each other!!

The tribute was as you say very touching but the biggest tribute to this little guy would be for people who know the murderer(and there are people who know)to turn him in.

i totally agree with cutie. it does make me feel good that even though most of the time people dont seem to care about one another that when we really need people to come together we do. the tribute brought a tears to my eyes it was a lovely thing to see.

I agree. It was very moving.
However, I think that compassion is an adult emotion and
from all accounts the person who did this was not much older
than Rhys himself.

I think the minutes applause should catch on its more moving than a silence and very fitting for a child.
I wish the london teams had done more of this earlier this year when lots of teeneagers died in stabbings and shooting here . . .
