Apparently this particular church has done this before. I am a Christian and this simply appals me. It has seriously raised my blood pressure. I personally think it is probably the most rude, calous, demeaning, and hateful act.

I am considering holding a charity event at my local town hall they have said i can have the room & am thinking of providng cups of tea & cakes.
I would also like local businesses to get something out of it too & am wondering if i asked a gew businesses to come & have some stalls & donate 10% of their sales to the charity do you think i will get many takers & do you think i will get many people to come if i advertised well.

As of Thursday through Sunday, they are having what is known as
"Tall Stacks" Many ships, paddlewheelers come to Downtown Cincinnati and dock so that People can board them with a ticket, cruise on them for breakfast, lunch or dinner...Just call the chamber of commerce in Cincinnati for info......They say that they expect over 500,000 people to visit...They come from all over..........This is done every 4 years......There will even be a race between two paddlewheelers on Sat.... Lots of fun and crafts, and food...Many people dress in the clothing from the times past, It is a sight to see........I hope we are able to go this year.........We went a few years ago and we will never forget it.!.......

You remember? the little boy who was abducted in Greece about 12 years ago? Apparently private detectives were hired by his parents for years to trace him, but to no avail. The last I heard was that a 'blonde haired local boy' was seen playing with his friends by some holidaymakers about 5 years ago - did anything come of this? He must be about 16 years old at least by now.
Being a parent myself, I can't imagine what his family must be going through for all this time.
