of course it fails !
This is a scam , nobody gives away that sum of money.

At best ,
It is a shameful ,underhand ,way to sell something to you ,

or worse still, to use your details
( that you are expected, to give them ,
to accept this ''vast prize'')

To 'milk 'your bank account.
Or sell your details on -
.to someone else, who will use them ,by impersonating you..

It is a most despicable way to con people
As, who would refuse a "£5000" windfall.

Don't accept ,this cheating scam ,
Delete it / shred / rip / burn it up !!!!

Or report them ,to the Trading Standards Office
