I think there's some general issues with this question. I'm Christian and I've never heard of this. I think the actual question should be why are Muslims hated currently...I don't think it's one specific group who is hating. Anyone who lives in America or any other nation that has been hit by the extremely violent terrorist group probably has haters...let me explain...
The problem is Muslims are racially profiled and are assumed to be bad. If you have watched current events at all for the last 5+ years you should have noticed America as well as other countries have been attacked by extremists that represent a small portion of all Muslims.
If you just take a look at the pictures of who is doing these extreme, mass murder, violent crimes on the INNOCENT you will see that ALL of those committing the crime Muslim. ALSO the way that these people are committing these horrible acts is through secretism...stuff that the rest of the world would consider "stabbing in the back" as apposed to face-to-face fighting.
Knowing that, you should see why people hate on Muslims...its because of a general fear...a fear that the Muslim that they pass by everyday on the way to work might be bombing a train they ride on or flying a commercial airline into a building later that day. Sound crazy...well it is...that is why there is a hatred. That is how that small group of those in your religion are.
So, you ask, being Muslim, why should people hate you, you didn't do anything? Well that's because, unfortunately, a small part of your population is what's known as sneaky...they don't play by conventional rules of warfare...and they arn't after a country and it's government...they are after innocent people...they want to see kids die...they want to hurt women...they want to hurt good people...much like myself and yourself. You never know who is part of these attacks...and who is terrorist. All you know is that all of the terrorists are Muslim...so for best defense, a general reaction is to shun them all (all Muslims).
If you know anything about extremists, you should know they have a general hate for others and not for valid reasons. I'm sorry this most likely affects you (assuming you are Muslim) but its something that is caused by "your" people. I have many Muslim friends that go through **** because of this...and it sucks...but it is, unfortunately, part of life. Kind of like because my ancestors, a 100+ years ago, abused blacks...yet I pay for it...even though I had nothing to do with it...and am totally against everything that was done to blacks...I still pay the price.
Instead of being angry at those who fear and shun Muslims...maybe you should be angry at those of your own religion who are "screwing it up" for those who are good, non-extremist Muslims.
Just out of curiosity did you know that these groups also attack other Muslims? And as for pro-war...did you know that 95% of Iraq want a different government while the small 5%, who are extremely violent, feel it should be ruled by someone who inherits power?
I would also like to mention that I checked out your questions and you seem very violent towards Christians and Christianity...seems kinda Ironic with this topic that you brought up...you know...that you say Christians hate Muslims...yet...you are a Muslim that hates Christians...Irony at its finest!

My opinion is that the classes of Islam , quraan , ahadith are completely to blame in bobbing up islamophobia international. All terrorists (who're muslims) quote the Quran and take the call of their God earlier their terrorist assaults. If Quran had not contained those verses (regardless of the translation), the terrorists would not have been waiting to cite them. The exchange has to return from in the muslims themselves. such as you, I, too, am an Indian. We do be conscious that few muslim intellectuals are surely against terrorism. however the Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid and few community politicians are condoning the terrorists killed interior the recent gun conflict with the police. The V.C. of Jamia Millia Islamia is investment the criminal conflict of the alleged terrorists. (Jamia college is funded by potential of the government and should not do such acts. The V.C. would have achieved an identical in his individual means). It does reason a great style of heart burn among the non-muslims. The constructive is that fluctuate is going on.

I think that it works both ways and always has. Religion is the basis of all the issues in the world. I am not saying that it is the only reason that we fight but morals seem to stem from that.
Anyhow, Christians are not guilt free in this; they have killed, in the name of conversion, if someone will not accept God and Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The Muslims kill because anyone who is not of their faith is infidels and deserve death. It is a history there.
The killing has gone on forever, it is just a matter of who is more brutal at the time. Beheading, the current method of death, is pretty extreme in my book.

Obviously, there are some really jerky people who profess Christianity, but those who I consider practicing (the Bible) Christians are very tolerant -- though they must necessarily believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation.
It seems the opposite to me -- across the world, and in Islamic countries, Christians are routinely persecuted, their churches burned, etc.. Conversion to Christianity is forbidden; whereas, in the "Christian" U.S. no one is attacking Muslims, burning their meeting places, nor are there any laws against converting to Islam.

like you said some Christians, just like some Muslims are bloodthirsty, you can not say that (we all are or..) I am, even do I`m Christian (Orthodox).
I`m not that much of a believer and I`m not fanatic or extrem like most of us isn`t . There are crazy people everywhere.
You can NOT put label on all of us,
just like I`m not saying that all Muslim people are for holy war(stupid thing) or that all Muslims are extrem al-qaeda wariors.
we have to be more understandable and to learn to respect our differences.

Hmmm, let's compare the actions of Muslims with those of Christians, even the most extreme, and then we can talk about who is bloodthirsty.
You ARE what you do.

I am Christian & I do hate Ladin & his followers who attacked my homeland, killing my people of all religions on those planes....One thing I detest is Muslims using Allah's name in vain for the sake of violence..Their God greatly differs from mine in that case..Hate is a human emotion, not a religious one.

THOSE MUST BE WHAT I CALL SECULAR CHRISTIANS THAT CALLS FOR ANYONE'S BLOOD. AS A CHRISTIAN, I HAVE A DESIRE TO SHARE THE GOOD NEWS TO SET THE CAPTIVES FREE. NOT TO KILL THEM AS SAUL DID IN THE NEW TESTIMENT, BUT TO BE AS PAUL WAS TO WIN YOU FOR CHRIST.
