When I was in Germany, back in 1992, a female soldier was shot in her private parts by her ex-husband because he caught her with another man. She happened to have a soaring eagle tattooed there. He also shot her 4 more times in the torso and then killed himself. Yeah, I believe it.

there are a lot of crazy people in this world. anything can happen. I've heard of women using a knife on a mans private part so he couldn't have sex with another woman after catching him cheating.
