Unless you have a very lose sphincter muscle the sun ain't gonna sneak in,so I'd say yes you can.Since most people on a nude beach have stuff sagging drooping and flopping all over the place I'd refrain from it though.Nude beaches are kind of like spandex 9 out of 10 people in it are the last ones who should be.
