McDonald's is a great place to have a kid's birthday. They even offer a clown and usually have it in the play area. The cake is pretty decent, they have balloons and it's all pretty cheap. I can't say it's probably the healthiest place to eat, but it is fun. Just take some hand cleaner so after they play you can clean their little hands. Also, Chuckie Cheese (Pizza place for kids) is great, but they are a little more expensive. Other than that, a good old fashion birthday party at home.
