It is really drab, there is a window, four desks, two across from the other two, and two bunks parralel to each other. It is about 18' x18', I'm a guy, got any ideas?

My family bought a new home and all the walls are tape and texture and were painted with flat paint. I have never owned a home before and the thought of repainting a whole house is overwhelming. I need to paint the Kitchen, living room, dining room, my two son's rooms, their bathroom, master bedroom, and bathroom.Where do I start with such a huge task?

and for me are home sewing machines. How come the people are paying hundreds of dollars for the machines on ebay? Are Those machines different that the ones that I have? are all metal, metal gears. I really do not understand i seen machines sold for hundreds and the same machine sold for 19.00, 29.00 or less in the next page. Why is that?.

We recently painted the work room in an old (1920's) house. The floor was never finished. We did not use a drop cloth and now there are speckles of paint ( 1 cm- 5cm) everywhere. What is the best, quickest, and cheapest way to remove the majority of the spots?
