I am doing research as we have just gone through an astronomical rate hike. (Friends and Neighbors are now paying $400-$500 per month for AC.) If you know your rate per KWh (excluding delivery charges) could you please provide it below along with your state? Thanks soooo much to everyone who responds.

Yesterday I woke up and found that water war shooting out of a sprinkler line and flooding my yard.

I shut off the main water valve and inspected the area, finding a few holes in the line. I went to Home Depot to buy a patch, came back, turned on the water to make sure I'd be patching the right section, and...nothing.

I turned on the system to full pressure, and still nothing. The entire system works fine, and there isn't a leak in sight.

What's up with that?

The space is a duplex apartment with basically two loft-style floors. We would be creating 3 bedrooms out of this space- so we would need approximity 4 walls with 3 doors built. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions but figure each wall would be about 10 feet long and 8 feet high. Since we are on a tight budget we would be looking to do this as cheap as possible. If we hired someone to do this work, around how much would it cost, and how long would it take? Thanks!

My parents are about two hours away just about 20 minutes ago I found a leak in the basement. I couldn't reach them on their cells and i don't know what to do.

It is coming out through some wood on the ceiling (basement is unfinished). I look above it and the water was coming through a hole drilled to carry the internet connection. There is a copper pipe, and a larger silver metalic pipe near by.

We also have a minor leak in the foundation and it is leaking waaaaaaaaay more water than usual. It is below roughly where the wall is between the kitchen and office. There is a bathroom on the second storey that is not directly over but closish. I checked all water type sources and have not seen anything. what should i do, i would turn off the water but i dont know how.
I'm still waiting for a response from my parents and dont want t o call a plumber alone. It is leaking like one drop everythree seconds.
Ideas anyone? Please HELP!

It has been fine for a year and a half, and it just started turning yellow lately, first at the tips of the leaves, but it's working it's way back. I have been watering it and the waiting until the pot is dry until I water it next, so I don't think it is rot. It is inside near a large window, and only gets sunlight half of the day. Do you think that could be the problem?
