I'm having to upgrade some things at my mom's mobile home, now that she's passed away. I have a price from a local plumber, for $560 - that is for 2 new toilets, fixing the sink faucet in the master bathroom, the shower head in the master bathroom, and the shower head or handle in the guest bathroom. The mobile home is over 30 years old and lots of the pipes and things are in need of replacing. I don't think the fact it is a mobile home should factor into the labor rate, but then I don't know. The toilets I'm getting cost about $125 each or so. But it sounds like the labor might be a bit high.
Anyone really know what the plumbing labor rate is? This is for a private plumber, not a Home-Depot or Lowes install.
